Ashir was amazing!!! I was having issues accessing my account due to a problem with my email address. I needed to change the email associated to access my tickets and Ashir on the live chat was amazing. It all got sorted in about 10 minutes once I had sent off proof of identity - great customer service :)
Excellent response to my query. It was the first time I had used this booking service and I didn't input my email address correctly. I panicked when I didn't receive a confirmation of the tickets so contacted customer service. Despite a message saying they were busier than usual at this time I was contacted promptly by SAJ who corrected my email and made sure the confirmation was sent.
Bought three tickets for Count Arthur through AXS and was charged £20 in fees. How can you justify this extortionate amount in fees. What do you actually do for these fees? Fees are just another money making racket to squeeze more money out of people. This is 1/5 or 20% of the total amount. Almost the price of another ticket. What a rip-off. !!!! Will not be booking anything in the future through these sharks.!!!
