I had spelt my email address wrong when registering and couldn't verify my account to see my transaction. I contacted AXS through the online chat service and Joseph dealt with my query. He was so helpful and the matter was resolved in around 5 minutes. Now I can access my tickets that I bought, Thanks
Booked for Steve Backshall Live at the A.O Arena 29.10.2025, Manchester, and disgusted by the EXTRA CHARGES itemised on the receipt, 1 x Transaction Fee £ 2.75, Facilty Fee £ 8.25, Booking Fee £ 13.50, this ads upto £ 24.50 EXTRA, ontop of the ticket price, which i booked online, so can't understand the charges, you need to be clear what the EXTRA charges are for ? and what are we coverd for ? and the fact you don't accept refunds is rediculous . I think its a way of making extra money from people who are already questioning the price of eveything.
I have made a couple of bookings this month through the accessible booking line, including for Disney on Ice and a music concert. Although it can take a while to reach an agent, it's worth the wait. Both agents I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful in finding the most suitable seating for the events. Shantay, in particular, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and it was a pleasure talking with her.
I was so stressed about ordering the tickets due to me missing out on presale. My brother is autistic and really loves darts, I spoke to a few advisors prior to the general sale and didn’t get much help, until I spoke to Grace she was so helpful and understanding about the situation, I got the tickets for me and my brother and I couldn’t thank Grace enough for making it possible. She’s made myself and my little brother very very happy. Thank you so much!
Spent an hour trying to book tickets. 1st the app didn't recognise my password so had to change it. Payment method, paypal, wasn't accepted, so went back to change it and the app timed out. Started the whole process again using a credit card, no joy. Tried another credit card and a debit card. Tried a different phone, but new password wasnt accepted! Tried to contact them but just got a robot. Gave up.
