Bitter taste.

Day before the show I realised Axs had not sent me the email. Just a link to download the app. Firstly I can not download apps on a company phone. Nor would I download the app even if it was my own personal phone. Need to be an option to buy tickets without having to be forced into this. Their Twitter team must be a bot. The just keep repeating themselves. Gone are the days you could speak to someone. (I’m official old) in my day you could pick up a phone and sort the issue out within min. Not a day and a half going round in circles. I was really looking forward to this show but now I’m only going so I do not lose out on the money Update. 24/10/25 I have replied to AXS UK let see if they do contact me or they were just trying to discredit my post?

Excellent and professional help

Excellent and professional help. I had a bought a ticket for ABBA Voyage and did not receive a confirmation. I went through three online chats with people that told me they could not sort my issue. Joseph understood immediately the problem, asked the necessary questions, sorted, done, amazing. Thank you very much!!!

Farren was top tier.

Farren was top tier.I needed to rearrange from standing to seating due to an injury, I had no luck from the o2 itself but reached out to AXS and Farren went back and forth until we got a good resolution. He was persistent and exactly what I needed when talking to difficult customer service teams like the o2.Farren is an asset.

Update: Had a presale link from BP Live venue that again redirected me to this site. Same dite as yesterday from another presale event. This time, I was able to select tickets and they stayed in the basket for check out. I did in the meantime install the app and register an accout, so PERHAPS that made a diff. But...BUT..BUT. From REVIEWS I am worried that we dont have the actual tickets sent via email. No for this thank you. Other events send this out asap, as this is your right. You own these. So buy only sending the order confirmation no tickets, means you need to rely on app. Some reviews say this does not work sometimes. So, could be stuck. Again, no thank you. Give me what is rightfully mine please i.e ticket!!!Also, they said they will contact, but never did!!!Not able to buy any tickets in the presale for Conan Grey. Tried standing tickets first but it would not let me add more than one. Tried buying just one but by the time I tried to pay for tickets in the basket, message "Tickets no longer available ". What is the point of having a basket if it does not hold on to your tickets! At least for a minute or so. Shake head. Then Tried other type of tickets but same thing, as soon as you add and try and check out (a few sec in-between) - message with some random ref number says: Tickets no longer available. The VIP experience are so pushed on every screen it is hard to see the ticket selection screen. Had to rejoin queue a few times as lost connection and eventually.... I was branded a bot! Aarg. So proud of themselves for not letting bot buy tickets but their checks are not good enough to recognise I am not a bot. Add a few puzzles or something, dont just block an already frustrated user. Again. Arrg is all I can say. Dont set your heart on any tickets if you have to use this site.

I had major issues with tickets not…

I had major issues with tickets not showing in my wallet and then the app wouldn't let me reset my password.After multiple efforts, much perseverance and assistance by the online assistant, everything was finally sorted.
