I contacted AXS via email as e-tickets I had purchased for an event in 3 days time were yet to arrive and show in my AXS app. I received a prompt response from Shantay and, after looking into my query, the issue was resolved very quickly and within a few hours the tickets had appeared. AXS, I hate what you have become

AXS, you went from being one of the best for purchasing tickets to, dare I say, worse than TicketMaster. Two times now I tried to purchase tickets for 2 different shows, and twice I was identified as a bot even though I had 1 tab open, cleared my cookies, deleted my browsing history, did not refresh the page, used only 1 device, etc. I did everything that was recommended to do by YOU and others. Before joining the queue, your website verified me as a real fan/person/user, not a bot, and yet the second I choose a ticket, I am flagged either as a bot or it says that my session has expired, even though it has been 1 minute into my turn to purchase. You pride yourself on protecting the fans, yet you give enough time for scalpers to get the tickets and resell them at 2x the face value. How come no available tickets on your website, but viagogo has thousands of tickets at a crazy amount of money. I am so sick of your company, Ticketmaster, Viagogo, O2 Priority and every huge ticket provider for ruining concert experience and making it into one of the most toxic cultures nowadays. I have been going to concerts since I was 15, and to see something that is supposed to be a fun, exciting and unforgettable experience become a capitalist money grab makes me sick. Now every time I have to purchase a ticket for a show I feel sick. I hate how difficult it has become to enjoy concerts. AXS sort it out.
