Anziya was super helpful! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my tickets in time for the concert in a couple of days after realising I had never received any emails about them but Anziya was really great and was able to help me get it sorted after I’d mistakenly used the wrong email address to purchase them. Very quick replies and great customer service!

Would give zero if I could.

Would give zero if I could.Terrible experience trying to buy Radiohead tickets. Used one device and one window, waited, verified I am human. Waited and waited. Finally got through to be told I have restricted access and there is absolutely nothing I can do. Same thing happened to my boyfriend and from looking online has happened to many other people. I am not using an Apple device, I do not have a VPN nor private network. None of the not allowed configurations apply to me and yet after waiting all this time I cannot buy tickets. Absolutely gutted. Complete waste of time and utterly ridiculous system. Avoid AXS UK at all costs.Say they have reached out to me on here, but I have heard nothing?

Worst ticket buying experience ever

I got a presale code for a Radiohead show. Did everything right, got to the front of the queue and then was booted out of the queue after being accused of being a bot for using hotel internet. After several more attempts and several more “restricted access” messages finally get through only to constantly be told tickets I was selecting were sold out over and over and over again, and then being accused of being a bot again. I woke up at 3am on a work trip to purchase these tickets and AXS not only wasted my time but my sleep too. Horrible.
