After going through multiple checks to confirm identity etc it still failed to accept it. Eventually once in the system failed payment multiple times eventually locking out system

Good customer support, terrible website/bot detection system

UPDATE: 5 stars for the customer support, but 0 stars for the (still) broken platform. I tried buying tickets in the Radiohead re-sale today. I had the same frustrating experience as before (i.e. none of my payment methods being accepted, and constantly being kicked out and accused of being a bot).However, Aniko from customer support was patient in dealing with my request, and was able to escalate the issue to the technical team, who were able to fix my payment. And thankfully I was finally able to get tickets. PREVIOUS:Shockingly bad ticket purchasing system. I've gone to many concerts, big and small, and I've never seen a system as broken as this. The funny thing to me is they knew exactly how many Radiohead fans would be present, since you could only try to buy tickets if you won the pre-sale raffle to get access to the purchasing code. Yet it was still completely broken. Why even bother trying when it is AXS hosting your show. I'd rather you just tell me the tickets were sold out than string me along for 90 minutes.

AXS Radiohead fiasco - 0 stars if I could

Tried to buy Radiohead tickets via AXS today - what an absolute shambles. Followed all the rules, had a code, entered at the right time, only used one device, sat in the queue moving slowly (no queue number so no idea how many people were ahead), only to be wrongly accused of using ‘private relay’ when I finally got to the front of the queue and so couldn’t progress to buy tickets. I tried my iPad, iPhone and laptop - same every time. Suddenly managed to get through after about 50 mins - only to see super high prices for the remaining tickets, definitely not ‘face value’. No dynamic pricing AXS - really? Then every attempt to buy tickets ended with ‘already gone’ before the system blocked me as a bot after too many attempts. Two stressful hours wasted and no tickets, just frustration. Genuine fans deserve better than this nonsense. AXS, your system is broken and not fit for purpose.

axs might be the worst website ever

axs has always been a trouble site for me. every single time an artist is selling through axs it's an instant red flag. this "ticket selling" website if you can even call it that is the worst thing to be made. on multiple occasions i've been kicked out of queues for being a bot?? but then the only way you can then buy tickets is through third party bot sites!🤣 absolute waste of time, didn't get the radiohead tickets i so desperately wanted and i wish they thought to use ticketmaster instead. overall, after multiple dreadful experiences, i hope i never have to attempt to shop with them again!

Worst ticket buying experience of my…

Worst ticket buying experience of my life. Have heard others had the same. Blocked me as it kept saying I was a bot or restricting my access. Followed instructions on cookie and cache clearance but couldn't get through to the checkout. Don't mind missing out but the frustration was too much.

Never thought I would have preferred to be buying tickets through ticket maser.- Receive unlock code to a private email- Get in queue- verify email address with a code sent to email- verify I am 'not a bot' by checking the box (useless step - do the bots stop at this point?)- enter unlock code sent to email- move through site to event- AXS decide "I am a bot" because (according to support I moved too fast through the site - I am not a typist but I am IT literate so can use sites pretty easily)Double whammy of AXS stopping real customers from buying tickets yet resale tickets appear at 10x list price so they have failed in a big way.But what do they care - they get the money for selling the tickets whoever buys them. They should deduct 1% of payment from every ticket on stubhub & viagogo sold above list price. The tech exists to stop this but the suppliers don't care as they get their money anyway.Never thought I would prefer ticketmaster's experience but in this case, at least they don't stop REAL customers.UPDATE: AXS asked for more details about this which I did but then they couldn't be bothered to respond. Top customer service !

Defective systems

Had an unlock code for Radiohead tickets. The mechanism which existed to stop bots.When attempting to purchase tickets, was repeated given the message that access was blocked due to being a bot. Obviously not a bot.When finally did get on, seats were shown as available only to then be given a message that the seat was no longer available when attempting to checkout. This happened for numerous seats and dates, until they were very much all gone.Appreciate that the demand for tickets outstripped supply, and that no-one is entitled to a ticket, but is quite clear that the system AXS have was not capable of dealing with such a sale fairly.Meanwhile, dozens of tickets available on resale websites almost immediately.

This company messed up completely for the Radiohead tickets. Mistake after mistake. Misinformation and no apology for how badly it was handled. i understand why Radiohead wanted to used someone besides Tickemaster but AXS weren't able for the task

Elyette saved the day

Elyette was extremely helpful, she definitely went the extra mile to sort my problem out. She exchanged multiple emails with me eventually spotted my error of using the wrong email to access my account. I probably wouldn't have got back into the app without her help and missed the gig. Thannkyou so much Elyette you were a star.

Genuine fan kicked out after following process. Had to rejoin but by then I had missed all the standing tickets. Very frustrating for a system that promotes fairness.
