Rubbish

Tried to buy tickets. The platform let's you select ticket then press buy and a sign comes up saying oops. Seat not available. Sometimes log me out thinking I'm a bot. I'm a human. Seriously fix the website. Would not recommend this platform.

staff were amazing

The lady on the phone was a massive help, i was unable to order tickets online - she managed to get them for me which then led to problems with payments due to bank and approvals - issues were resolved but the patience of the lady on the phone was amazing, she tried all ways to get this actioned and we finally got there after 45 mins.

They block the wifi. Use mobile data.

I was trying to get tickets but you blocked my IP because you thought I was a bot?!?! How am I supposed to get tickets if I don't try clicking more than once? On mobile data it worked a bit more but still the same. Because of you I couldn't take them of course.

I kept being mistaken for a bot when I…

I kept being mistaken for a bot when I was trying to look at different seat options. Ended up using 2 different browsers on my phone and then resorting to the laptop which didn't work first time either. All a bit of a pallaver but got there in the end.

I was called a bot! All I wanted was to see if I could get a couple of tickets to see A CCR tribute band in Whitley Bay. Spoke to a proper bot prefix ro magic eh.Followed all procedures listed pathetic.
