Would give zero if I could.Terrible experience trying to buy Radiohead tickets. Used one device and one window, waited, verified I am human. Waited and waited. Finally got through to be told I have restricted access and there is absolutely nothing I can do. Same thing happened to my boyfriend and from looking online has happened to many other people. I am not using an Apple device, I do not have a VPN nor private network. None of the not allowed configurations apply to me and yet after waiting all this time I cannot buy tickets. Absolutely gutted. Complete waste of time and utterly ridiculous system. Avoid AXS UK at all costs.Say they have reached out to me on here, but I have heard nothing?
Wouldn't let me buy Radiohead tickets :( Kept on blocking me thinking I was a bot despite me only using one browser tab, had zero customer service to be able to resolve the issue - no phone number, and their virtual assistant wouldn't reply to me.
Utter shambles of a website!! This isn't sour grapes because I couldn't get a Radiohead ticket, you do everything by the book and it still keeps kicking you out thinking your a bot!!!When you're eventually offered a seat it then tells you that has already gone........just to rub salt into the wounds!!!This is an industry wide problem, go back to the good old days when hardcore fans could queue up at their local record store and buy physical tickets!!! Remember those??
Terrible experience! Buying tickets on this site is nearly impossible (even with a special code). Every step comes with problems – constant timeouts, access errors, or random blocks. Instead of a smooth and simple service, it’s just stress and wasted time. Very disappointing,
