Appalling - AVOID IF YOU CAN! Recent sale of Radiohead tickets repeated blocked and threw out genuine fans which it auto-assessed as 'bots' even when following all guidance issued. Yet AXS allowed touts to purchase tickets that were up for resale in minutes!
DIABOLICAL !Tried to purchase a couple of tickets for Radiohead, got to the end of the queue quite quickly, and full of hope and excitement their shitty system ‘detected me as a bot’, with myself quite clearly not being a bot considering I had gone though the 2 step verification they had in place and had a personalised code to enter the sale in the first place. On every other attempt during that sale the same happened, and then when an hour and a half later (!) it let me through no tickets were left. Good job AXS, I hope you go out of business !
If I could give 0 stars I would. Truly shocking service. Their system kicks you out whilst in a queue so you have to rejoin at which point it declares you a bot. Got through and put card details in to then be kicked out and declared not a human. Customer service is non existent, wait times were hiuge due to the same issue happening and by the time the acccount reset the tickets had all gone. I thought ticketmaster was bad but AXS is on another level.
As others are saying here, buying Radiohead tickets yesterday for the O2 was a dreadful experience that left a bad taste in the mouth. Took many attempts to enter the waiting room, then kept getting kicked out of the queue for being a bot. Then when I did get onto the site everytime I put seats into my basket the were always "no longer available" - this must have happened over 20 times! What a shambles, a waste of time and so frustrating!Response below says that they will get in touch. After 2 weeks there has been no phone call or email from AXS. Not a surprise to be honest.
The gentleman I spoke to Milad had exceptional customer service skills he went above and beyond to make sure that he left the phone call with a happy customer. Now I’m able to enjoy an event with my son and my father that I wasn’t able to until I spoke to this representative. He has now given my family an opportunity to have a day together and make a memory which I cannot be thankful enough. this gentleman has represented the company and therefore give excellent piano towards the company in the sense of this company has looked outside the guidelines and made something possible therefore accompany that I would be happy to recommend in the future.
TERRIBLE WEBSITEI DONT usually write bad reviews but this was exceptionally bad.I joined at 9:30am for Radiohead tickets and repeatedly kicked me out telling me to refresh my server and that I needed to clear my cache etc etc. this kept happening until just before 10 when the queue started for the tickets. Was sat in the queue and did not touch my phone, refresh it, had no other tabs open just like the instructions said. Then when it came to the end of the queue it said that I was a robot and couldn't let me continue. This same process happened about 7 times. By this point the tickets had been on sale for about an hour so there was little chance of getting any. Finally got to the step to type in my code and then kicked me out and accused me of trying to many times, I had to try this many times as it was impossible to get tickets any other way. Then when I finally got to the stage where I was able to purchase tickets AGAIN everything was gone. Unbelievably terrible execution. You'd thing that for tickets that would have so much interest that they'd make it so things like this don't happen. I also know I wasn't the only one this happened to either.
