It was quite clunky to use

It was quite clunky to use. It was impossible to get the discount for being a RHS member, I may have been too late to get it, but if this was the case, then it should no longer be listed as an option.

Had three failed attempts to book tickets on mobileKept getting a generic payment failed error no matter which payment method I was usingLater tried from laptop, got kicked out of the flow saying "time expired" although I had only just startedThe tickets I wanted became unavailable, had to wait 5 minutes before they became accessible againWas finally able to purchase but that experience wasted so much of my time and energy
