Absolutely fantastic service they provide! The whole process from start to finish is very sleek. There is no pressure from the initial sales team; they give you all the information you need and more. Also, the in-person consultations are very important and very informative.On the day of the hair transplant, again, the team was brilliant. I really could not fault anything; the team that works with the doctor on the day is also brilliant. The aftercare support you get from text and phone calls, if required, is always at hand.Thank you!
I can’t recommend UK Hair Clinic enough. I attended the Manchester site and was kept fully informed throughout the whole process by all involved. A special mention to Molly and Rosie, my technicians who were fantastic and kept me entertained throughout with their friendly, funny chat not to mention their singing along to the radio. It made the experience much more enjoyable.
I had a hair transplant done a little over 6months ago ! I had a surgeon called mani ! Absolute legend this bloke ! Proper friendly and chatty... you do have to understand his humour but generally a great guy and a fantastic surgeon. The work carried out was phenomenal! I would highly recommend! A big thankyou to the all technicians - Mollie , Rosa , Alicia who also helped mani ! They where also fantastic with me , made me feel welcome and always conversating during the procedure to ensure your alright ! Brilliant technicians ! Thankyou to Chelsea for the after care support, Chelsea was absolutely brilliant guiding me through the next steps and checking in on me! And finally to ashleigh who had checked over everything and set everything up for round 2 😊 ! Highly recommend !
I’m now a week post-op from my hair transplant and I’ve been very impressed with the process and the support. After my initial video consultation, my in-person meeting prior to the surgery meant we made a few tweaks (notably, more grafts as more loss was evident in person due to lighting conditions etc). After the initial anaesthetic injections, the process was completely painless. I appear to have experienced the worst-possible swelling (which is very on brand for me) but it’s now almost completely subsided and it’s just a dull ache rather than any acute discomfort. Very happy with the hairline and apparent density so far and eagerly awaiting the results to bloom in the coming months. My surgeon was Dr Tetiana Mamontova who put me at ease and was actually very funny; at times I almost forgot I was undergoing surgery and not having a warm chat with a friend (albeit while lied down).My procedure was done at the Leenside clinic in Nottingham (367 Derby Road) and I was immediately confident in the degree of professionalism from the standard of cleanliness upon entering - I’m pretty sure it had even been recently been painted. My account manager Chelsea checks in on my progress regularly and seems happy to answer my seemingly endless of questions. Overall, very happy and hoping for my results to rival the before & after pics on the website. Fingers crossed!
I have just returned home after having my surgery yesterday. The whole experience from start to finish has been great, absolute flawless process. Dr Elgindi, Rosa and Aly where a pleasure to be with during the procedure and I felt comfortable at all times. Absolutely nothing was a problem to them and they looked after me really well.
Chelsea my coordinator has been 1st class, lovely to deal with, very helpful & very supportive.The surgeon & the hair technicians were also 1st class & really excellent procedure & care.However, the results are what counts and im still in the shedding stage so i cant judge if its been successful.Ive given 3 stars because the 'hair consultants' (salesman) who you deal with before paying, overstated & over-estimated the coverage of the hair transplant. The area to be covered with the transplants was smaller than what i was told. They also told me that 2 operations would be needed for full coverage, but the surgeon & expert told me 3,, which was conveyed after the payment.My advice is, dont deal with the 'consultants' (salesmen), pay for a consultation with the or a surgeon for an accurate appraisal.

Everyone on the day were fantastic. I was put totally at ease. It was very straight forward. I was extremely happy with the end result. I've recently had my six month check up with UK hair. The hair is looking great and I'm very happy. The aftercare from the surgery is second to none. They are very attentive and no question is a silly question.
