Due to being away to work for 3 months, my subscription parcels got sent back to the courier because i wasnt able to pick them up. I emailed the Unndr team with this issue and they did an amazing job of emailing me back quickly and shipping the lost parcels. Im looking forward to getting the 3 previous parcels and the july one. So 4 sets to open. Im very excited!
Absolutely obsessed with my monthly subscription! Found Unndr through an Instagram AD and the marketing is chefs kiss but the boxes themselves are on another level! Unndr have been amazing from the start of my subscription & the customer service team have been amazing on jumping on any issues I’ve faced with external payment issues making sure I still get my monthly set. 10/10 would recommend x
Am subscribed for the monthly set box and I am never disappointed, always so beautiful ! Recently I emailed to say one of my bras was a bit faulty because the strap and snapped without much use and they got back to me immediately saying they would send a new one , absolutely outstanding communication and service thankyou so much !! Xx
Great customer service. The first set didn’t fit so I changed my sizing on the website. Next order came and was still wrong old size. So I emailed to ask why it wasn’t changed. They said it was after the deadline but they sent me out a brand new set with the correct sizing. Thank you!
