Unndr is my favourite delivery of the month! Always comes so quickly and the packaging is beautiful as well as the underwear. If I've ever had a query, the customer service team are great and have responded within 24 hours and are so helpful. Discovering Unndr and signing up was the best thing I've done.
I didn’t get my package yet. Already had to pay an price increase. Wrote an email and didn’t get a reply, as I wanted to get my order delivered with my flatmate. & getting asked now to fill out an experience survey, as I haven’t really gotten anything from your service. (Sorry for harsh feedback) - looking forward to my first order!
I have been dreaming of having a subscription for underwear for years and to find this has been amazing. Every month the sets are different and unique, they even theme them with the seasons. The great thing about having underwear chosen for you is it makes you try different colours and styles that you wouldn’t normally choose for yourself. I love having a drawer full of stunning sets.
I have been with the subscription box for 2 months now and I can honestly say I’m in love I love that it’s a surprise and something new each time and everything fits just right even tho I’m petite I still feel so confident in my body I wear an XS so anyone concerned that it won’t fit them it will fit trust me. Honestly done so well on the sizing I can’t fault anything I did have someone suggest no underwire bra but I prefer underwire but maybe do some where they not I don’t know I thought it could help but none of the less I am impressed with you guys! Will definitely be continuing my subscription
Firstly, the designs are STUNNING. Absolutely beautiful. A few things, that would level up the game though - 1. The straps are too thin. I want to be able to wear this bra all day and not just in the bedroom, so the straps need to be thicker to support those with a bigger bust as the bra just does not feel supportive. (At least not the June one). 2. I’d much prefer to be able to select my bra size and not just a M/L/XL size. I’m sure most women can agree that bikini’s for example fit much nicer when it is the actual bra size and not a generalised size, so bra’s should 100% be fitted properly. 3. It would be great to be able to select your subscription with thong/knickers option as i prefer one over the other and it’s not ideal to keep getting the underwear shape that you’re not a fan of. With this being said, I love this idea and although i’m not a fan of the price increase, I saw a sneak peak saying that this means the set will include garters, and other upgrades so if that means some of the above points are included then I think it would be worth the extra money.
I loved my first set. The quality and sizing was perfect. Then I got my second set and it absolutely did not fit. My measurements didn’t change, my first set fits like a glove but my second set doesn’t fit my bust at all. Really disappointed as it’s non refundable/can’t be exchanged and shipping cost nearly half of the item. Hoping my next box fits again.
