Their customer service team always reply quickly and go above and beyond to accommodate for you. The quality, designs and packaging of their lingerie are wonderful. I definitely recommend!!
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about the Unndr team! I received my first box and the sizing was too small, so I contacted the team, as suggested on their website, and I was welcomed with nothing but professionalism, understanding and positive results. Thankfully I was able to return the items needed as I checked the policy beforehand, and the team at the other end were ready to help with any emails along the way. I’ve already recommended Unndr to a few friends and I will continue to do so in future! Thank you so so much Unndr, it’s a joy to be part of the Lingerie Community 💖
I ordered a set which when arrived fitted smaller than expected. I contacted undrr to enquire about an exchange to which the replied with the shipping info (which cost me £9) only for it to be sent straight back to me and have had no more contact from the company regarding these issues
Due to various reasons outwith the Unndr Team’s control, my first box delivery was really disappointing. I reached out and explained what happened and the team were soo wonderful and professional, really cared about the issues I expressed and very considerately took all the steps they could to rectify! I really appreciate how the Unndr Team handled my situation and I’m now delighted to say I’m a long time Unndr-Wearer!😉I get excited to receive my box every month and each one is better than the last.
