Customer support has been absolutely excellent! I had a couple of queries about my orders, one around sizing and one about confirmation/delivery - the response time was super speedy and incredibly efficient! Great customer service really does make a difference!

Gorgeous sets and wonderful customer service

I had such a great experience with unndr. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal — really friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to feel that well looked after by a brand.The sets themselves are gorgeous as well. The quality is amazing and they fit beautifully. You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials.Overall I’m really impressed and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service!

I have made two orders to this company and unfortunately, due to an error with my own measuring, chose the wrong size of bra. As such, I emailed the Unndr team to see how I was able to resolve this. They were consistently lovely, very helpful and extremely efficient, going as far as to be emailing me into the night in order to make sure that we could resolve my issue with as little delay as possible. A lovely team and beautiful product! Have already started recommending them in my personal life!

Bad customer service

I hate giving a bad review, especially for a small business, but on this occasion they failed me. This delivery was part of a quarterly subscription which was a birthday present for my daughter. The first delivery was on time, but from then on the deliveries got later and later, the lateness wasn’t the main issue, it was the lack of customer care and although the last delivery when it arrived was extremely pretty, I did think that there might be something else added as an apology, but there wasn’t and that would of been a lovely touch. I have cancelled my subscription now, which is disappointing for my daughter and myself.

It’s the 13th of March and I still haven’t received the ‘February’ box.

Subscription not turned up for a second month.

Issue was resolved once the office change took place - Exact same thing has happened for March order and I’m left chasing up. Pointless having a subscription if it’s this much effort every month.

Really Regretting Ordering from Unndr

Made an error in delivery address. Sent them an email - no other contact avail I.e. phone. Response auto but stated they respond within a working day. This is now 4 days since I sent email and no response at all. I even sent a second email but again nothing. They state they use Royal Mail 48 Tracked but there has been no email from RM saying they have my parcel. They say delivery will be within 2-3 days this is day 4 and I’m still waiting. I would like to speak to their customer service but there is no contact number. Was contacted 07.03 26. Rectified issue. Contacted 09.03.26 to be told they had just sold the last one ( which I ordered on 02.03.26 and was informed they were ‘preparing my order with care’) interestingly you can still place an order for my allegedly out of stock item on their website. Clearly not well maintained. I was a new customer- I will not be a returning customer. Have now ordered item from uber reliable M&S. 🤗

Paid 4 months worth of my subscription and 1 set arrived, now getting completely ignored.

I have paid 4 months worth of my subscription and have only received 1 set of lingerie. I have emailed and contacted Unndr who responded to me saying there is a delay but following this email no one is responding to me after more emails of me chasing and instagram messages. I am trying to get a refund for all the months I received nothing and my subscription cancelled but just getting completely ignored. Don't bother it's a total scam and the one set that did arrive is really bad quality.

Always have had a great experience but…

Always have had a great experience but after a small issue with my last order which is not really their fault as I’ve ordered from tik tok & the website so my order history is in 2 locations. I emailed them and they went above and beyond to sort it! Really impressed!
