Worst and most incompetent delivery company, do never use them!!Everything from customer service, to handling and homepage is really unpleasant and disappointing. They promised me 3 times today by phone that it was out to be delivered since it was really essential I had the package due to travelling for a competition. The AP is 40 min by car from home and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours. It was never delivered!! Worst customer service ever and when you call them in Switzerland they only speak in German, French or Italian but they call themselves International, biggest joke ever!!
Easily the worst delivery company out there. Charging me the incorrect customs fees and then never replying when I query them. €40 item x 23% VAT= €9.50 but no I’m supposed somehow pay the full €40 plus charges for their “handling”. Disgraceful.
I will never use UPS again, six times we were told a parcel would be delivered and it never arrived. Eventually I took a day off work to receive the delivery and it never arrived. We were fed with constant excuses and shocking customer service. Three weeks later still no parcel (coming from Scotland to Dublin). It is simply beyond belief.
Destroyed my 2000€ parcel and stole bits from it. Put in a claim 3 weeks ago and heard nothing back so rang them and they said the claim failed. Which I found weird considering they haven't called to the recipient to check the parcel or have asked me for any pictures. Absolute gangsters don't know how they get away with it.
UPS are crap at delivery. Three parcels lost. Two of them forever. They give a time frame which is to the nearest month.I gave them one star only to be able to write this review. I need the parcel by 10.15 as promised. Now I have to leave home without it. Just a chap service all round.Update: contacted UPS to be told the package was delayed in customs. As I was going to Italy for a week I requested a delay on delivery which was agreed to once the parcel reached Sligo depot. After 3 days in Italy I check the tracking no. to discover it has been delivered and is sitting in the rain on my front step??????????? Such incompetent a@#*holes.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Only reading the tracking info off the screen, cannot give any updates outside of what the customer sees, cannot change delivery address until they make a failed delivery and the drivers here just leave packages without signing so a failed delivery is impossible. Therefore no way to intercept a package. Totally unhelpful
