Utterly pathetic service

I don't even know how this company continues to operate in Ireland every single person I have talked to has had nothing but negative things to say about them.My parcel came from the far side of the world and landed in Ireland in two days. Since arriving in Ireland eight days ago it has stayed in a warehouse 20 minutes from my home. Every day they have a different excuse as to why it won't be coming today either they have operation delays or the driver lies about attempting to deliver it.Do yourself a favour and never deal with this company or any company that uses these, on the bright side if you have any problems you can phone their customer care and chat with semi literate English speakers situated god knows where who will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Yeah it will be delivered tomorrow of course it will. AVOID THESE CROOKS

Couldn't find address? Kept getting emails address not complete (which the address was correct) 🤣. Simple search with the postcode I provided would bring you straight to the door.

Never ever use this sh&t show of a…

Never ever use this sh&t show of a company.Useless customer service - tell me I’ll get a call after calling everyday for a week and nothing comes through. Filipino brain donors in the call centre.Nothing resolved and telling me I have to call Japan to chase my package when I call to query why it’s late.Never ever ever again. I will now never ever use or buy from any company that even states they MIGHT use UPS as a courier. An absolute and utter joke. Stick with DHL or DPD for reliability and superior customer service even though they are more costly. At least you will have no issues.

Didn’t deliver.

Package was left at a parcel motel instead of being delivered to me. This was done without contacting me beforehand or giving a reason afterwards. Even though my apartment building has a dedicated space for deliveries. This is just lazy, stupid, or the driver is overworked. Either way, UPS are a deliver company that don’t deliver. If I showed the same effort at my job I’d be fired. How to improve? Deliver to the address written on the package, it’s not that difficult.

Package have been out for delivery for a day now still no sign of delivery . Guys avoid ups avoid them slow as a snail delivery company in this day and age . What an excuse of a company . They give you headaches I’ve your package
