Two weeks, no delivery, no one to contact

Two weeks waiting on delivery of a business related package.First attempt, the driver did not ring the doorbell or alert me at all. Listed as failed attempt. This despite being in the house.I changed the address that evening, this was documented as accepted.Despite this, the package was delivered repeatedly to the original address. After speaking to a representative and finally changing the address correctly; the package was never delivered to the new address.No attempts have been made despite the website listing as ‘Out for delivery’.I have called UPS five times and been told that the local depot would follow up within an hour. I have received no contact from them in the past two weeks.UPS in Ireland should be avoided. Shop with a different retailer if they insist on using UPS. It is not worth the hassle and you will most likely not receive your package.Complete waste of time.

3 out of 4 recent deliveries stolen! UPS are dishonest.They say item has been delivered, but in my case, never to me! Impossible to talk to anyone. Why are they not in jail? If you see UPS is carrier in Ireland, do not use. Dodgiest company ever.

Wish I could score zero

3rd parcel where ups have been used. All 3 delayed and 2 said delivered when still sitting in this depot.worst courier ever.Every Friday delivery late.Will now avoid shopping from companies that use ups.

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with!

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and that's saying something. I didn't have a choice as the vendor I had bought from was using UPS as its courier.As soon as my package arrived in Ireland there were problems. Apparently, they CLAIM to have made a delivery attempt, despite the fact that I was at home working. I face the front window as my computer looks out on the front of my home. No van arrived at the time they claim it did (13.30pm), no doorbell rang, no knock on the window, no call to my phone, and yes they had my number.That very same day, they claim they did not have the correct address information, despite it stating on the tracking that they had 'attempted delivery' and the address and eircode were listed beside it. The next day, they claimed funds were needed. They never told me this before their fictitious delivery attempt and never contacted me about it afterward. Instead they contacted the original vendor in Pakistan who then emailed me offering to pay half the import duties as he had been told I had 'refused' to pay them. That's a very slanderous statement for UPS to make and they know it. So they lied to me and the vendor in one breath.In any case, I paid the charge, got the receipt and then contacted the vendor to let him know. UPS then left my package to sit in their warehouse for 10 days gathering dust and at no time made any effort to fulfil their obligation and again, never contacted me. 2 nights ago the vendor again said he'd been contacted by UPS to tell him the package had still not been delivered. I contacted UPS directly (after looking for at least half an hour for a contact email), to be told my package was being 'abandoned'.I gave UPS 24 hours to cut the crap and deliver my package as per the original terms. I received no reply, and no package.I do not hold the vendor in any way responsible. UPS are going to be getting a shitstorm headed their way in the coming weeks until my package is delivered. Incompetence and arrogance is a foolish mixture. They'd better brace themselves.

they never delivered my stuff, lied first that I was not there, then that address was not right to finally just sai d: we will not deliver and the rude lady just dont answer calls back . what a a nice company

They lost my 25kg luggage worth at…

They lost my 25kg luggage worth at least €2500 with a refund of €100. They are a fraud and bunch of thieves. I wish I read and saw reviews before using UPS. I would never have dreamt of using them. SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!
