UPS is just about as bad as a service company can be. You cannot get in touch with them AT ALL. They have no customer service contact. My package (Irl to UK) was to take 3-5 working days. I tracked it to where it sat in an UPS depot in England for two weeks while I received constant 'do not reply' emails to say it could not be delivered. There was no way to contact anyone to find out why.It was horrendous and extremely stressful as the receiver ( a large international business) was expecting it, was in contact with me daily- and there was a deadline.I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use UPS again. EVER
I would like to express my deep disappointment. I have been living at same address for 14 years, and I regularly receive packages. UPS is the only courier company in all of Ireland that has never delivered a package without problems. No other courier company has this issue. Yes, there is no intercom in the apartment building, but this still doesn’t pose a problem for DPD or FedEx, which can even leave the package on the balcony. When I see that my package is to be delivered by UPS, I already know that I will receive it at least a week later because the same situation repeats itself every time. Worst experience ever
Second time in 4 months that delivery didn't happen. They said customer refused delivery. Goods came from UK, why would I refuse delivery? Athlone depot has no contact number, previous time I had to go & collect goods myself. This time they just sent it back to UK even though they are meant to try delivery 3 times. A joke of a courier company
I choose ups as delivery option and I paid more because by the information provided by online store it should be faster delivery then the other courier...and I will never do it again... I rang as there was information that I have to correct address.. they got eir code and they said that county is missing... when ever you have Eire code . county or any other information is not important anymore..as eircode will get you to right house.im more then sure that they want me to pick up delivery from finglas and is only excuse to do it.. I have been told that as I gave county my delivery will arrive tomorrow..don't pay extra for this company to deliver faster as they are slower then DPD or fastway .. waste of money...
I waited all day for my delivery Your shipment1Z7491206826572185, it said it would be delivered today, Monday, October 21st. I waited at home and nothing. I went to the company's website and it said the address is wrong and it isn't. They didn't even try to make the delivery. Tomorrow and other days I'll be working and I'll only arrive after 5 o'clock. I would like my product to be delivered. My husband had a problem with the company. They didn't make the delivery and they disappeared with the product. To this day, he hasn't received anything. I hope my order arrives, otherwise I'll go after it to get my rights.
Does anybody actually work here? It seems like they are going out of their way not to deliver items. They keep asking for Address and Security codes that were provided multiple times. I feel they laid off all the humans in favour of a badly/cheaply trained AI.
Shocking customer service. I have spent 2 days trying to establish why my package has not been released, despite customs duty being paid. Spoke with several customer services reps,none of who seemed to know their jobs. No updates on system so each one told me duty was still outstanding. Asked to be put through to a supervisor and calls were never answered. Finally received a call back from a duty manager called Alvin who assured me he would try and find out why my package is still in Athlone depot but he never called back. Clearly, UPS Ireland are incapable of carrying out simple tasks and there is no customer service at all. Shocking. The worse company in Ireland.
My package was sent from Germany a week ago. I am in Ireland. Yesterday, after four days tracking and the parcel barely moving in that time, I got a notice to say the package was delivered..to a house in Paris..and the driver met with the customer.. Even though I'm the customer!! In Ireland!!!! I phoned. The told me it would take a minimum of ten working days to resolve and emailed me forms to fill in!! Disgraceful. Run a mile.
