Avoid this company at all cost! Purchased some antique items from France and expected my parcel to arrive today, yet I got a delivery update saying that my parcel was reported damaged in Roscommon (nowhere near the delivery address which is Portlaoise, I don’t even understand what was it doing there) and that they would notify the sender. I rang their beyond useless customer service, sat on the line for 15 minutes before I could even talk to a human being, just to be told that they wouldn’t give me any information as it was the sender who signed contract with them. I explained it to the agent that the parcel contained antiques that are one of a kind and irreplaceable, I would need to have a look at them myself before I could decide if they are beyond repair and I want to seek compensation or if there’s anything that can be done about fixing them. They refused to give me any information and kept repeating that I would have to reach out to the seller with I did and she told me she hasn’t got any information either. They holding back my parcel against my will and refusing to deliver it eventhough I paid for it in full and they are legally my property. This is theft. Avoid them at all cost.
Horrific customer service. Moved work schedule around to be at home to receive package. Was refreshing my tracking link and noticed it changed to "Address Info Required", but there's no way to amend this in the tracking link. Eventually got a hold of customer service who claimed a delivery attempt had been made - live in a gated apartment building. Don't understand why a delivery company in 2024 doesn't provide drivers with phones to ring people when attempting delivery??Avoid
WORST delivery service in history. 10 days waiting for a next day delivery. Had an emergency parcel next day express shipped to me. Delivery driver said he couldn't find my house and now they won't deliver my package, won't drop it to a pick up station. I call them everyday and they lie to me saying it will be delivered today. Unbelievable.... costing my business 10s of thousands of dollars with their incompetence
Possibly one of the worst experience I had in last one week.Guaranteed one week delivery changed to a nightmare of one week and still not delivered.Poor customer service who doesn’t have knowledge of how they operate and share wrong information throughout week.Never recommend anyone in Ireland to use UPS
Horrible Service - Avoid UPSI’m extremely disappointed with UPS. My package has been delayed for over a week, and every day I’m told it will be delivered "by the end of the day," but it never arrives. I’ve wasted so much time waiting with no clear updates or solutions.Customer service is unhelpful, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliable service, look elsewhere—UPS has been nothing but a frustrating experience.
There is always a problem with delivery either being lost or delivered to wrong place or returned to sender!!! Musn’t use eircodes. Even without using eircode Google maps brings you straight to our house using address only & shows our house. No attempt to make contact to try find house..packages just sent back when I try track in app!
One of the worst service you can ever think off. We sent a parcel from India to Ireland. Paid big money for quick delivery. Now the parcel stuck in Germany warehouse for 14 days. Now the parcel is no good. There is a virtual assistant only( useless). There is a customer support you can ring. They won’t do anything get you the parcel. But will tell you to log a claim. But the system won’t accept the claim as the parcel Is still in the warehouse. Absolute rediculos service .never use them again.
If I could rate UPS zero stars I would I was ment to receive a delivery on the first of November and it never came I got a email saying its out for delivery on the 4th of November and they never came I then got a second email that evening telling me I had to pay the driver a 20 euro fee for tax that I was clueless about and when I asked what were the fees were originally I got a rude response back they also told me the driver was in my area around 9:47 on the 4th of November but I was home and no one ever showed up the cameras around the house can prove that, they told me the wud deliver it on the the 5th of November and so far I still haven't received it ://Edit: today is the 6th of November my package was due to be delivered yesterday and when I emailed them about it I was told the driver forgot to bring it with him and that it would be delivered today so far I have received nothing
Driver insists on leaving parcel on wet grass at gateway (there is no gate) rather than walking 30 yards to the front door. I saw him doing it this morning and he saw me but he drove away before I could go out to him. White van, reg. no. 232D15438
