Avoid as much as you can

Avoid as much as you can. There never has been a time that there was no issue on the delivery. They tell you they delivered but no one is home when you have a security camera and clearly they are lying. Just a bunch of lazy people not doing their jobs.

Nobody in the company knows what others…

Nobody in the company knows what others are doing,...requested twice the package to be held at the warehouse ;still they attempt delivery home....people are working you know, not just siting home. Logistic for UPS Ireland, is non-existent .

Useless customer service & terrible tracking system

Had a package sitting in France on way to Ireland for almost a week now. The package is now 4 business days late (and counting) and customer service cannot offer any explanation and keep telling me the pre-written lines such as "just keep checking the tracking page". The manager told me that they cannot promise anything and there's nothing to be done. The tracking is misleading.

Good manners cost nothing

To begin with, this company does not even deserve 1 star. This is my second unfortunate experience with this company which occurred on the 6th December. I live in an apartment complex. When the delivery driver contacted me he said he was outside my apartment block. He was not there. I had to go searching for him. I found him outside the pharmacy, which is in another part of the complex. When I approached him asking for my package, it was all he could do to grunt at me to acknowledge that I was there. Good manners cost nothing! I was so annoyed with this, that i decided to raise a complaint. I sent details of my experience on the same delivery day being 6th December. As of today the 11th December, I have not received a reply to my complaint other than an automated reply with a case number!

Catastrophy of Errors !

Firstly I have received a full refund for my goods from the site managing the purchase . They have intervened on my behalf and refunded me having reviewed the catalogue of messages between myself and the supplier . It's much the same false delivery attempts recorded . There was an excise duty of over £100 euro on a 200£ purchase . Which I was willing to pay on delivery . I wasn't parting with any further monies until the goods were in hand. I spoke with several different agents all my info had been logged in database as they could read it back to me . I waited a 5 days . Every day I was told it will be delivered today . Eventually I asked for a supervisor in call centre. I was told then that the call centre is in the Philippines ( cheap labour) and that they have no contact numbers for Irish depot . Go figure ? I reckon this is a smokescreen for some other business . Ombudsman needs to be contacted about this lot . I will be going further with this . Daylight robbery . It's shambolic .

I never received my parcel

I never received my parcel, yet it was marked as delivered. The proof of delivery provided was a photo of a location I do not recognize and is definitely not my address.UPS declared a higher value for goods shipped from outside the EU, resulting in a charge of €58. The actual value of the goods is €135, which should not incur any fee under EU customs regulations. I have lodged an appeal with the Revenue authorities. I am uncertain why UPS has inflated the value—do they have an interest in doing so? Possibly due to the brokerage charges of €17.70, which they would not receive if customs duties were zero.I attempted to lodge a complaint on their website, but it was rejected, stating that I cannot complain at this time. The sender chose to ship with UPS, and I had not used their services before. I will definitely advise others to avoid them if possible. Ratings and other reviews here also confirm that their service is below adequate.

Ghost delivery attempts - give your drivers phones?

Horrific customer service. Moved work schedule around to be at home to receive package. Was refreshing my tracking link and noticed it changed to "Address Info Required", but there's no way to amend this in the tracking link. Eventually got a hold of customer service who claimed a delivery attempt had been made - live in a gated apartment building. Don't understand why a delivery company in 2024 doesn't provide drivers with phones to ring people when attempting delivery??Avoid
