Incompetent delivery personnel

They almost never deliver items due to a lack of effort and incompetent personnel. The couriers have my phone number and full address but refuse to call for access to the building, simply choosing not to deliver. Even after failing to deliver, I still receive email notifications stating the delivery was successful. Horrible service.

Absolutely the worst company

This is absolutely the worst company! My package looked like it had been kicked around. Everything inside was ruined. This was my first and last experience with this service. STAY AWAY!

Terrible shipping service!

This is a terrible shipping service! I paid for next-day delivery with protection, but they damaged the package and are now charging me more, assuming I’m the sender. It’s outrageous!

They keep claiming delivery attempts were made, but this is simply untrue; they never even tried. What am I actually paying for?

Packages left unattended

They leave packages at the front gate of an apartment block. By the time I get home, the package is gone. I missed a call because I was in a meeting, and when I called back two minutes later, it was too late. I’ve stopped purchasing from certain retailers because of this service, and now I have to check that the company doesn’t use them for deliveries.

Difficult to work with

This service is difficult to work with. They consistently create incorrect address tags, even when the address is correct with a postal code! More often than not, they record failed delivery attempts. Completely unprofessional.

UPS Worst company could even rival Fastway…

Worst company could even rival Fastway for that position. I’ve been trying to get a package delivered for almost 5 days. They keep saying they attempted to deliver but I’m 90% sure my package hasn’t left there depot.

This is a rubbish company with terrible service

This is a rubbish company. My item was in Dublin a few hours after leaving Germany then it went to Santry. There was a "mechanical breakdown" and the parcel was static for 24 hours. I rang the laughable "customer service", it seems to be based in India, and a lady read me her little script 3 times. It's now Friday machinery obviously won't be fixed and I won't get my item until at least Monday. I know we are used to poor service in Ireland but this is pathetic especially as it isn't a free service. I would never have picked these it was the seller.Slight update in order to make a claim against ups you need to register with them and hand over your data.

Great service

My package arrived earlier than expected. Great tracking system and my package was left in a secure place as I wasn't home. I would use again. Poland to Ireland.
