Ordered AirPod pros on the 23rd of august with an expected delivery date of 2-4 days so should have been here on the 27th of august but I always expect a day delay so the 28th got a message from their Courier service (UPS) that it would be delivered on the 29th so all was well until they never showed up was told that it would be delivered the next day the 30 so spent the whole day cancelling plans to make sure I was in when they came the driver proceeded to simply drive up to the top of our yard and turned around and drove off before I could even get out the house and didn’t even attempt to remove himself from his van and knock on the door of my house and said he “attempted delivery” was I contact with UPS there after and was meant to be called back which never happened so called them again and the same they said they will call which never did so attempted to contact refurbed and still no reply after two days this is is some of the worse customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with I normally don’t complain but this is absolutely ridiculous
If I could give minus stars I would. Horrible experience, my parcel was held up in the Warehouse in Finglas for almost 2 weeks for no reason. I had dealt with customer service multiple times and each day they promised me delivery next day. They won't give you timeframe of when they will deliver the parcel, they won't leave it in the safe place, they won't negotiate time of when it can be delivered so you'd be home to accept it. They lie to you every day, it took a week to tell me they won't actually deliver the parcel to collecting pod because it is too big, and everyday the date of delivery would just renew on on the tracking system. I had to email them everyday to no success, in the end I had to cancel my order all together, it's not even seller's fault it is all on UPS. Please don't ever use it if you can, they're just liars and take your time and energy, I wasted so much of mine, and I am so angry. I hope yo go bankrupt UPS!
The staff : customer service and drivers need to buy themselves a brain! It happened in Dublin — Ireland On the delivery day, I was waiting all day for the package.I just then got an email saying they couldn’t deliver but never freaking call 📞 ! I told the CS team, that’s building security. If the driver would have called they would have been able to deliver.Told them please deliver tomorrow and call.The next day I was 10 min away from the apartment and they call on the spot to deliver and couldn’t sit for me to come back. I said at Kesey you call 20 min before to tell the people that you are going to deliver. What the hell are those incompetent working in the service industry ! There is a saying that incompetent can’t be cure
This is unreliable company.....emails and txts parcel delivered between 0830 and 1015...then email will be delivered by end of business !! I contacted them....agent kept parroting i apologise...there is a set route....but no actal assistence offered....dreadful !The package never arrived....it got as far as their Finglas depot indicated by their own tracking....so draw your own conclusions as to its fate...Whole day wasted.......Avoid this unreliable cowboy outfit !.
STEER CLEAR Absolutely appalling company. I might have to shut my business for a weekend because they did not deliver my goods. They cannot deliver packages on time or at all in some cases. I paid for next day delivery and it never came. I was then told I would receive it 5 days later. APPALLING. I have been on the phone to them the last 48 hours trying to get an answer on when its coming. People say the depot will ring me back and no body has. Everytime I call I am told different information. STEER CLEAR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CANNOT DELIVER.
A delivery company that can not deliver parcels to its customers, it's only function is to deliver goods and it can't.To the UPS Exec team; bow your heads in shame, you are utter failures at your jobs.You all preside over the worst courier company globally.
