No resolution to the refusal of the maid Bharati to clean the kitchen without collins. They only want to do the jhadu pocha and nothing else. We had called home cleaning help from urban company once for sweeping, mopping, dish washing etc. We had taken a package for 3 services and on second service, we asked the maid to clean the kitchen counter and wooden cabinet with dish soap and water but she refused to do this and said she would clean only with Collin. At the time of booking no where it was mentioned that only Collin will have to be provided. Even the help line did not provide any solution. The advertisement shows the maid doing all jobs without mentioning brands of cleaning agent to be provided. Though regular work was ok today's behavior of the maid was totally unacceptable.
Never book a water purifier from them. The service is the worst and there is absolutely no way to reach anyone. Support chat does not respond at all. I paid ₹15,000 upfront and waited 2 days with no response. I cancelled the order today and there are still no updates about the cancellation or the refund. Now I have to go through legal channels just to get my money back. NEVER GO FOR UC.

Based on this assessment, I approved the recommended part replacements. However, despite the service and payment, the refrigerator continued to malfunction with no cooling. To better understand the issue, I sought a second opinion from the refrigerator brand’s authorized service engineer.Upon inspection, it was observed that the installed components appeared to be second-hand and, in certain cases, from a different manufacturer. Furthermore, the root cause of the malfunction was reportedly related to a gas issue that had not been properly addressed during the initial service visit.What is particularly concerning is that I was charged a premium amount under the assurance that brand-new, genuine parts were being installed. This raises serious concerns regarding part authenticity, diagnosis accuracy, and overall service transparency.I had placed my trust in the platform expecting professional, reliable, and ethical service standards. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing. I strongly advise customers to verify original packaging of replacement parts, and confirm authenticity before completing payment. These precautions can help prevent unnecessary expenses and inconvenience.I sincerely hope the company treats this feedback constructively and reinforces its quality checks, technician accountability, and customer assurance processes to uphold the level of trust that customers rightfully expect.
Fake service ever I have seen, took ro repair service, 3 times service person visited at home in 1 month, asked every time to change some parts. In 3 times made bill of rs. 10000 , while new product value was 9000 rs.Fake Service person with fake products.Also family members facing health issue bcz of bad quality of water. (TDS was 20) Apart from 10000 rs. 10000 rs. Spent for treatment of family members. Very bad experience.Also raised issue to consumer court as well.Not recommended at all.
Absolutely no customer care even to resolve queries! Just a standard chat bot with vague answers.Very disappointing. Insta help is only a marketing gimmick. They are never available. Plus the price at which they advertise is never the rate at which you get them. They have differential pricing which makes it difficult to trust. The maid who came on 2nd day was sleepy and sloppy and hardly did anything. There is no action from UC!Very disappointed! A customer care number is basic to help people resolve queries.
