Very disappointed with Urban Company.Had a cleaning scheduled at 6pm, but before 5.30pm I got a call saying the professional couldn’t come due to rain. Odd excuse for a cleaning job. I had been chatting with her on WhatsApp, yet she went through the company instead of informing me directly.I told support to cancel my plan, but they went ahead and rescheduled for Saturday without asking. My family plans around these slots — UC clearly thinks we can just change everything for them. Very unprofessional.
Cleaning service of Urban Company is worst. They will come and damage things around 10000Rs. For 500 I have hired to damage my bathroom tap basin and floor. In compensation only some Amount they are giving. To remove the stain created by them is very difficult to Remove. My suggestion don't hire cleaning services.

In 3.30 hrs, one staff could just clean two toilets and one hall without any any cleanliness.Waht a pathetic service.
I got my AC serviced two months ago. They said there was a leakage and no gas. They fixed everything, but after one month, the AC broke down again and all the gas leaked out.I will not recommend Urban Company for AC repair. Very bad experience.It seems they didn't fill the gas completely.
I have been working with Urban Company for the last 5–6 months as an RO Repair Service partner. However, I am still connected through a third-party vendor instead of being a direct UC Partner.My Urban Company Partner ID is already created, but despite multiple requests through UC App, Customer Care, Email, and even Instagram, I have not received any solution.I am only requesting to be onboarded as a Direct Partner, so that I can work independently and grow with UC. This issue is blocking my growth and causing unnecessary dependency on third party. I hope UC management resolves this fairly.
I booked AC service and repair and paid in advance.now customer care is giving me instructions to canceled the service and will refund your amount in 4-5 working day.Once I have booked the service and canceled they took charge rs200/-.If they are cancelling they will refund your amount in 4-6 days.Making fool to public.Now only advertisement no service.Even no one will answer your call.
Pathetically poor customer service.I had scheduled an appointment for bathroom cleaning service for my new flat, 2-3 days in advance.They rescheduled my appointment just before 3 hours.Just 1 hour before the new appointment they completely cancelled it again without my confirmation.This is the service they had for me for advance booking and advance payment.I rescheduled for one day later.The technician called me 15 minutes before the schedule for confirmation and I requested I would be late by an hour you can go ahead with the next appointment and come to me later.He agreed to it on phone and immediately completely cancelled my appointment.Worst part is, because of the fear of such issues, they do not have any customer care number, no feedback and complaint mechanism.The number from which you get a call after booking, call back to that number immediately gets disabled after they cancel your appointment.
