Incredibly disappointed!I have never been more disappointed in a purchase EVER before. I know, hard to believe!! It looks cheap, no "dimension" to it. The fabric stitching is SO obvious that it takes away from the appearance badly. I was SO excited to place it in my front hallway for Halloween..now..NO!Sorry I spent the money@
I wish there was a 0 stars out of 5 rating scale. I order a lot online and this one takes the cake on the worst product representation. The table runners are worse than a grade school project and no one would pay $5 for them. Vantique charges for “environment friendly” packaging but it came wrapped in plastic. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and the products are made of cheap materials and stitchings are bad. Ignore the pictures on their ads…they are click baits!!!
The company went wrong when they advertised and pictured products that actually looked decent, but they send such less than poor quality that as soon as you open and look at the item you will be fully disappointed.Secondly the failed at customer service and any talk of a full refund quickly turns into completely avoiding that they are scamming and sending sub-par product and they will delay, delay, delay sending emails until last minute when your seven days to return within deliver date is within hours, then they say only send to an address in China for a consideration of refund.The product is terrible as is the customer service.lost over $100.0 trying to deal with these scammers, the sad part is that multiple orders are now not moving forward as we had intended to spend close to $1000.00 dollars if the first product would have been decent.
I bought a "quilt from Vantique. Terrible quality notation all worth what I paid. The quilt itself was screen printed and blurry. Not at all as represented. I've gotten nicer one by far at Walmart for much cheaper. I'm not at all happy!
