Not an American “handmade”quilt company. This became obvious when I saw in tracking “released from export customs.” Fraudulent claims. Not expecting quality if/when it arrives. I will update review if I receive it. Not holding my breath.

I think Vantique has a lack of quality…

I think Vantique has a lack of quality control. Part of the star is missing on my order. If they are showing appliquéd quilted items on their website, then that is what I expect to receive. There are beautiful quilted looking samples on their site. Since what we receive is printed, what would they do if someone ordered a Santa bedspread but the print left off part of his foot? Would they tell that person, “All products are made to order and printed to the best standards available.”? Well, I didn’t order part of a star. I expected the whole star. Their standards seem to be very low.

Disappointment

I ordered the handmade tote bags for the fall. The embroidery stitching not only goes across every part of the bag, in white! The material is very thin, not at all what I would want to give us a gift😔

Loved the Rugs, disappointed in the shipment tracking

I purchased three Holliday quilted rugs, all three of them are awesome.The only complaint I have is that their tracking of shipments is awful. It simply tells you it was shipped, it was received, etc. with a date, but it doesn’t tell you where, so you have no idea when to expect the product. This is the only website that I have ever shopped at that doesn’t have a tracking system that actually tells you where physically in the world the item is.

Cheap Garbage

The item pictured and what you get are very different. They are cheap fabrics, lousy stitching, and very muted colors. When they say you can return, its not true. They rely on vague descriptions to get out of allowing you to return the junk they send!

I am filing a complaint against…

I am filing a complaint against Vantique with Federal Consumer Affairs for fraudulent misrepresentation of their products. Instead of the purported handmade 3D quilts, there is no batting & no stitching outlining features; it is just two carelesdly sewn & machine quilted pieces of cheap fabric sewn together. Patterns & scenes do not fit sizes offered, and refunds are impossible to get.
