We have been with Ventra IP for many years. after spending hours on their chat channel with a number of consultants and also my google ads manager spending hours trying to fix our contact form it was finally repaired by our additional user on the platfom. The DNS was pointing in the wrong direction and that we were told the server was exigen which we never heard of. The C Panel was then checked and found that over two months it revealed that clients were trying to contact us for our service but because our DNS was pointing in the wrong direction, we could not get the emails after the contact form was completed. The two months of missed emails cost us thousands of dollars in missed revenue and is the subject of our complaint. The consultants even said that they were unsure of what the problem was which is very disappointing given the money we have spent over the years to be fully covered if anything went wrong with our business emails and web hosting. We request that the company is up to date with fault finding when they occur given the trust given by us and other clients they service
