What i ordered was not upto my expectation. I need to return the article. After my request VidaXL help contacts, gave me options and also helped me to return the material after repacking and pick up as well as returning the costs was worked out very smoothly and professionally.
Would never buy again from this site. We purchased 4 fans. One of the fan's LED lights went out less than a year later. These LEDs are not able to be replaced so essentially the whole thing needs to be tossed. We were hessitant to buy this type for this exact reason but we read they are supposed to last forever. Well, when I contacted customer service they told me they cant sell me spare parts. And their only offer was that they could give me 20chf back as a partial refund. The fan cost 130chf. I now need to buy and pay to install a new fan which will cost me another 200chf. I am very frustrated and disappointed in their lack of customer service.I read on their site that they have a 2 year warranty on their products, but when I mentioned that they just danced around the question and said sorry the most we can refund you is 24chf and that's it take it or leave it. Selling junk to further pollute the earth and waste money is disgraceful.
Awful, awful product quality - I ordered a wooden cabinet and it started cracking 2 days after set up. The feet came off the base and the whole thing collapsed.The customer service is slow and unable to arrange a return collection; there is no live chat or phone support, you need to wait over 24h for an email answer or 1 day for a call back.They arranged a DPD pick up and communicated the day, but DPD showed up on another day when I wasn't home. Not a great experience all around - I would not purchase from this company again.
