I purchased a guest bed from vidaXL

I purchased a guest bed from vidaXL. This was my first time shopping with vidaXL. The overall online shopping experience was good and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately this is the only positive feedback. It got off to a bad start just after opening the box, the item was dirty and scratched and the material looked to be of poor quality. I overlooked this and decided to assemble the guest bed. The instructions are terrible. The quality of the materials are of the lowest standard and it makes it impossible to assemble it properly as the wood cracks with every screw or bolt required to assemble it. I'm experienced with assembling flat packed furniture and this has got to be the worst flat packed furniture I've worked with. I honestly will never purchase from vidaXL again. Very disappointed customer.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality product. In only 24h my newly opened greenhouse just fell apart, all pieces kind of breaking and so on, very cheap elements. A greenhouse should at least last for 3 to 4 years before having any use marks!However client service was OK

Very bad material

Very bad material . The furniture i order came all dirty and scratched. The material is very very very bad quality, you can not even fix properly because of such bad quality materials and wood. I will Never again buy anything on this store.UPDATE: The Costumer Care has contacted me, and they found a solution for my problem. They were very professional trying to help me. For this reason i will change my rating of 1 star to two stars. Will not change for 3 stars, because the furniture is still bad quality, and would not be fair to rate it better, when the quality is not good.
