Customer service went silent after I sent them pictures of damaged goods (which were damaged because their packaging was not sufficient to protect the goods - it wasn't due to careless handling by the courier.)No phone number. No answer. No joy.
I ordered for dining chairs and one of the chairs the legs are the same and cannot be installed. I have sent a message and no reply to date. Is it possible to send me the spare and i can return the wrong one.UPDATEGot my replacement chair. Response from VidaXL was quick and I appreciate it.
I have purchased twice from this company and both times one of the articles have come damaged. My most recent order the item had the melamine chipped on the outer surface that would have been seen if mounted. I contacted the company and asked if they could either send me out a new items and take back the old one or provide me with exchange pieces.The company representative has the arrogance to only offer me a 10CHF cashback. This would not even cover the replacement wood to fix the problem. This is from a company, where there is a return policy on items within 14 days. I would also like to say that there items are cheaply made and are not worth it. So if you would like to order from them. BEWARE!! as it may come damaged and their customer service leaves very much to be desired.

impossible to do the return, they are still going circles and not supplying the correct documentation for UPS to be able to pick up, we are going circles as usually1) product broken, i wanna do return2) let me check if you can do return3) yes, I can you told me that 5 months ago4) ok, please confirm your details and time you are available to pick up5) here confirming6) ok, here is label and book it yourself7) I cannot book it as it says my postcode is not elgible, which is weird coz they came but didnt pick up the parcel as told me Vidaxl did not supply correct return docuemtnation8) ok confirm again your name and address9) ok, here again10) here is the label, book appointment11) I cannot as I said before12) you can bring to UPS yourself.13) no I cannot - parcel is 25kg - up to 10kg yes I can but according to policy above 10kg you have to book pick up and supply return label plus custom declaration as it going back to Nethelrands14) are you happy with solution?15) No, I am not - parcel not picked up and you stol my money since March!16) let us try to process your return, confirm your name and address....Is that even real?
