Review Time
Bought a Vidaxl deep well pump that clearly has a fault that I have reported. The motor is very quiet and 90% of the time doesn't turn on. When I told the online chat guy what was happening they told me to send video of what was happening?? How do you film nothing happening?? The instructions only say clear blockage or replace capacitor! With no instruction how to access pump to do either. Expensive pump that if blocked it's impossible to get into to try and fix. Just want a replacement not concerned about money as this may be a one off fault.
I'd purchased items from Vidaxl prior to my negative experience. Everything was fine until I tried to return an item within the 30-day period. They offered me a minimal sum to keep the item but I refused. I agreed collection dates on three occasions but the courier never showed on the agreed dates. It was only on the 4th occasion, one month after the purchase and after I'd complained via a complaints portal, that the item was collected and I could get the refund. Absolutely dishonest. I will not be buying from them again.
Bought 2 tents from this store.The tents were of such poor quality that they couldn't even be assembled without breaking!I asked for a refund and am at the moment in the middle of their bureaucratic refund system.The items have been returned, they have it in their instalations and after receiving them, they asked me to proove I had delivered them to the carrier!This is the great customer service of this store!Never again!EDIT: If I could remove a star for each time you have said you are contacting the transport company, you would have about -10 stars right now.Why are you trying to resolve the issue with transport company? I contacted them, they told me you have already received the packages! Just check your warehouse!!!!!!!!!! How difficult can that be? Who are you trying to trick?VidaXL NEVER AGAIN!!To everyone reading this, this has been going for almost 2 weeks and we have exchanged about 20 emails! This is the amount of work you have to do to try to get a refund!NEW EDIT: Paypal is now involved on the complaint! VidaXL is now asking me, via PayPal, to return the items to a different address! Yeah, you read it right! The items they already have in their warehouse...Unreal!!I'm beggining to doubt I will ever get the refund (they got the items back though!). May this serve as a warning to others!Follow up: Given the fraud these thiefs did with paypal, it was not possible for paypal to help. So I'm out 200€. As I said, if this is useful as a warning for others, I'm happy!IF you value honesty, DO NOT buy from this seller!
We bought two tables. Both arrived on time and were very well packaged. The first had a pin or staple sticking up on the top of the table but we managed to push it down so didn’t complain. The second table (article 286386, mesa consola) was appalling quality. There was a large piece broken off the centre of the front panel and the drawers were not aligned, seemingly just held together with staples which were pulled out and visible, and the whole front panel was coming apart. It was absolutely not useable. There is obviously no quality control as the packaging was excellent and not damaged. I was very disappointed and we are returning the item.
With reference to my previous review regarding a wine cabinet I purchased. The company did not receive my original query so could not remedy the problem. Since further communication with Gil a staff member the problem has been sorted and I am extremely happy with the result. I will purchase from this company again.
