I booked 6 days ticket and get Apple wallet ticket. But the ticket disappeared suddenly in the 3rd day. So I needed to contact help desk and they sent new QR code. It has also issues to use it in some museums. So I gently do not recommend it. It is not a problem of opening hours. I have to be embarrassed because my ticket was disappeared (expired) in apple wallet and QR code even not work at MAK. So one staff let us go in. Then I contacted the help desk. It is your system issue rather than my checking the attraction information.
Too expensive, no seniors discount. Paid 179 Euro and the ticket I used were then 100 Euro.Did not save the longest queues for tickets because timeslot tickets were still required (i.e Shenbron, Sisi museum).Sisi museum made forced me reserve time slot for the next day only and not for the day after as in paid ticket.Limited service made me pay more (Standing tickets only in Spanish rising school, Night ride in Hope On - Hope Off, part of Shenbron only)
We purchased the VP on day 1 in the afternoon, after we had to reserve ticket for the Lipizzaner for the next day(day2), this activated the ticket very late on that day just for a ticket reservation for the next day which effectively meant we lost the whole first day. In my view the pass should be clearer that this process of getting ticket for next day will actually activate the VP. Does not activate at the actual time of the show. Far too many activities that require tickets in advance to gain entry so the value of the pass is diminished. Forget this option and just pay the few items you will be able to get ticket for.
As an English person who doesn't speak German I would state Do Not Use this! Some of the staff and drivers are lovely and polite, some are rude and aggressively unhelpful. Buses just didn't turn up for nearly an hour, then 3 Yellow buses turn up at once. Some would turn up then put Off Duty up and drive off. The maps lack detail and explanation and do not clearly show which direction you go. I was on the Red line to go to the airport CAT from centre. For some reason the bus was stopped and we got moved to the Blue line bus. This line does not show enough info, so it went off out of town. I mentioned to the driver I needed to get off ASAP to make my way back to the CAT train station for my flight, could he open the doors and he refused. He said I needed to wait for the 20 mins to the next stop miles away. I told him I would miss my flight and he laughed at me. PILE OF DOG SHIT. Awful customer service.
Is a scam. At most museums I had to pay extra. The skip line doesn't work - they always schedule you hours later so in the end you can not visit many objectives. It would of been far cheaper if I just payed on spot. If I knew this at the time I wouldn't of bought the Pass.
This is a good idea as many of the venues on the pass are hours worth of sightseeing alone, therefore you might not get your value from a full on pass of the city. The sites really do have a lot of content (note Vienna, less is more)!. I would recommend clearer descriptions of what the places offer and better descriptions of locations. Vienna doesn't exactly clearly point out where some places are, particularly around the habsburg where we could not find the House of Habsburg your and it just happen to be the place we went in asking for directions of it! The sign on the building indicated it was something different! I suggest a photo of what the entrance looks like on the app.
