Review Time
Another Quadra Hosting Migration disaster. Migrated on the 26th of June, not even a week and my websites have been down so many times I'm getting RSI from sending support tickets. I'll be changing web-hosting companies as soon as possible - the worst web hosting experience in 20 years. 1 star is too many, unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can give.
I have been without email and hosting since last Wednesday. I have invested 40 plus hours into dealing with their call centre. Which always ends up with I have refer higher up. Then I get message with information that did not fix my email problem. I honestly do not know what I can do. I phoned, emailed, and I even emailed the previous company Quadra that sold to them as they come back to me within minutes. I am so lost. All I want is my email and company back online. Its a call centre from Philippines. I feel so frustrated. Still no email or my website is down. Today I spent from 9:00 to 3:30pm with a nice lady who did not do anything expect what the last person did and then at 3:30 had refer me higher up the chain. Which was how I started the conversation. Why just refer me now. Anyhow I will give in 2 more days and then I'll have to find someone else. Honestly, I feel like I am in wheel going round and round and days just pass me by and my clients get emails saying "email unknown!" great for business during Covid.
The support is so poor, and they look like they fake their google reviews or something. My colleague found another smaller company and after a lot of discussion, they helped us move to their SSD VPS, and we were SHOCKED that it was just so much better!
This company does not even deserve a one star with how horrendous their customer service is and how unreliable they are. Constant issue after issue with zero solutions and no help from anyone. I am absolutely disgraced and appalled at the service I have received from them as they take hours to days to even weeks to come back to you with any sort of solution, which usually ends up being unhelpful. Would not recommend
Pure Hot Garbage I have had several bad experiences with customer service in my time, however this can only be describe with one word and that is horrendous. I can imagine i would have more enjoyment and success scrapping my hand on a cheese grater if im being honest. The customer service (shouldnt even use that word for this company as it doesnt exist) was non existent and i had no success gaining any information required
Your service was absolutely appalling and I will NEVER be recommending anyone to your company again! I have had the worst experience, This is not the first time either!!! Get your Company sorted and your Employees/ Customer service team before your business goes under!!!!
If you want my honest opinion, the customer service from the business is appalling. Through numerous attempts at communicating with this company, I am ashamed of the horrific customer service on behalf of their business. I strongly do not recommend this business to anyone at all. I have had ONGOING horrible service with this company. 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡
The worst hosting firm I’ve had to deal with yet! After having my 2 websites hosted by 3 firms since each was incorporated, Voiden topped the lists of failures. Within 24 hours of their takeover complete aspects of my website stopped working. Email ceased to function on all electronic devices; SSL Certificates were delayed in their activation; payment pages stopped.Avoid them at all costs! They will ruin your business with their sloppy work & useless technical support.
