Review Time
I was in a panic when my site went down, but thanks to the exceptional support from Joe Pat at Vodien, my website was back up and running within just 5 minutes! His swift and knowledgeable assistance truly saved the day. I'm beyond impressed with the level of service I received and can confidently say that Vodien's support team, especially Joe Pat, is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable hosting with outstanding customer support.
I was with Webcity hosting when it was purchased by Vodien. From that day on their service declined while their costs skyrocketed. They slowly stripped all value and security from the hosting package and then expected me to buy the security back at a ridiculous monthly price. Vodien then sent an email to me stating that the old server was being retired and that I had to migrate over to a new (more expensive) hosing package. A month later lo and behold me website went down for the first time in 15 years and Vodien said it due to security issue. This forcing me to transfer my domains over to a more secure server but they could not ever confirm this was done. I ended up being locked by my governments spam filter auDA and after 60 days of Vodien ignoring me I closed my business of 15 years. Thanks VodienMy advice would be to purchase from another company as there are many better hosting companies with better reviews. And as a side note. The below response by Vodien will probably read that they are sorry that I had a bad experience and that I should feel free to reach out. But perhaps you should reach out to me Vodien.
Lost of email access for 1 month after transfer Domain from Godaddy to Vodien - completely lack of service and competency from Vodien. We have written in, called in, requested for call backs. We have been put on hold when we call in, sometimes with no responses for an hour over the last month.This afternoon 2pm, Arnel (Case ID: I-8455208) responded and checked thru our records and confirmed everyting was in order and our email will be back up in 2 to 4 hours.It's been 6 hours now. The email service is still unavailable. Bear in mind this is already the 20++ calls over 3 to 4 weeks.We called again at 6pm and Jamson (Case ID: I-8457853) responded to the call. He was really poor at listening and at one point proceed to tell me there are no records of our call in the afternoon. Upon my pressing, he checked again and miraculously came back with a case number in which he would have been able to understand better before telling me that the problem was "caused by us inputting wrong records in our accounts". He now claims our email service will definitely be rectified in the next 24 hours.It has been close to a month. Once these are settled, we will transfer all 3 Domains back to Godaddy again. DO NOT USE VODIEN. Their tech team, if they even respond to service calls and emails, are incompetent and non responsive.
unable to resolve problemYour technical support or help desk does not respond and don’t know what their work. Have been give. So many ticket and emails still cannot be resolved!Requested for call back from senior technical support and it has been 2 days. Have to resort to public to get a respond. Very efficient!
