Review Time
If I could give them a zero star review I would. Been trying for weeks to get access rights transferred from an employee that has left to.an employee still employed. You think it would be straightforward. No. The incompetence of their "customer service" and "accounts" is breathtaking. Drip fed requirements to change control include trying to access the email of the departed employee, company search, letter of authorisation from directors, proof of identity (copy of identity documents - identity theft potential anyone?), statutory declaration (with no description of what the declaration is to state - I'm not taking bets that they will come back after this is done with more nonsense Had to threaten legal action before things got a bit of momentum then they started their usual stalling tactics. Awful and incompetent, not interested in finding solutions to a seemingly simple request. Read their 1.2 star review on Productreview. 4 stars on this site certainly is not my experience.
Customer Service Arnel was very helpful. Otherwise, I feel your site is too protective. For example, you sent me an Express Renew link to my account that expired, yet you asked me for so much details that made it no longer “express”. What could be better since it was a direct link sent to my email on file, immediate billing, payment, payment verfication by the card centre or pin to my email or cell phone, and thereafter all cleared/ resolved. Too many “tickets” issued.
