Thought I would sign up as I’m nearly 70 and had fractured my ankle. It was too soon to try exercise on my own and I am now under the physio. I expected to receive (like most trustworthy trial apps) to be notified when the trial was coming to an end but nothing then £24.47 taken from my account. I have sent emails via different means. So disappointed in myself, I usually go to trustpilot first but was very low at being housebound and was trying to be proactive. Will have to put a warning on Facebook and X.
Warning!!! Automatic renewal and no real supportMy subscription was renewed for 3 months without clear notice. When I asked for a refund, I only got automated replies and no real help. The company seems more interested in taking money than supporting customers. Very disappointing.
Subscription process is automatic on signing up for one month and only found in lengthy terms and conditions which I find borders on deceptive. There are no reminders of renewal. Multi step process to figure out how to cancel which is only by email via their website, not the app. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions so you know what you are getting into. Insufficient yoga practice in the daily 30 day walking yoga program.
I’m really disappointed with the customer service. It feels unfair that I was charged for a full month’s subscription, I haven’t used any of the services, and when I asked for a refund, I was simply directed to the terms and conditions. This doesn’t feel right for me, and I would appreciate proper support and a fair resolution atleast for other people. It feels like a trick, and the service has been very very poor. company is not treating customers fairly, especially when it comes to money. Businesses cannot survive long if they continue this way. They asked me to email my account details, which I did, but I received the same standard response referring to their terms and conditions. There was no proper support or resolution offered, and the interaction did not address my concern.
Don’t subscribe to the first month because after that they take 4x as much every month even though you’ve cancelled it!!!! This is a rip off and needs taking down. I gave them the chance to refund my money but obviously they refused, hence this negative feedback! 🥵🥵🥵
