Very poor experience. I signed up for a one-off charge for a 1 month plan. They then took another payment the following month and refused to give me a refund. They claimed that I had taken out a subscription which I hadn’t. This feels like a scam. I would avoid using them or giving them your card details as it seems that they just take your money without permission and then refuse to give it back.
This is one of the most blatant, thieving and deceiving site. Please, I implore you, do not get duped by the advert, they will take your money and you won’t have any control over your money and they take whatever amount they want for no reason. I only signed up for a one month only at £11, but they’ve taken £24 plus pounds. I never agreed or authorised any future payments, yet they’ve taken money from my account. I have asked for my monies to be refunded and no future payments to be taken. I will update when I get a response.
I cancelled my subscription months ago and today was charged $299.99 for a subscription renewal. I’ve contacted them at support, but this is either a scam or a mistake. Based on other reviews it has happened often to other people. If I could give zero stars I would.
Be careful when subscribing. I have cancelled subscription 6 months ago and today they charged me 176£! Thanks God the money was still pending so I have managed to get it back. Called my bank they put a block on money they tried to take. But once money is processed you will not get it back. They have no refund policy. Only one thing good about them - quick response. One star for it!
I kept seeing ads for this his site on different game apps on my phone. Each ad states that the program is free to join so I decided to try it. After taking a 10 minute survey with a bunch of questions, they told me I have to pay for a weekly subscription and if I do it within 10 minutes I get a big discount. What happens to the site being free? Of course I did not sign up and afterwards was bombarded with emails until I blocked the sender. Not a good business practice to try and lure people with lies.
