Beware when you signup and this is a…

Beware when you signup and this is a subscription and they will keep charging you!I signed up for three months however thought I could do this indoors and a bit embarrassed to do this outdoors so I only used it for less than a week. However three months later I was charged £41.82 for a further three months without being aware that this was a subscription. As I use an IPhone I thought any subscriptions show up on subscriptions but it was not there. After over a week of emailing back and forth I didn’t manage to get my money back as I was told that I joined via the website and not the app and the terms and conditions when I signed up were on the website.Also it is not made clear how much the second subscription will cost as the second subscription for 3 months is double the amount of the first three month subscription.Customer Service is very uncompromising and unhelpful.
