Disappointing Experience – Unfair Refund Policy and Poor Support.I subscribed to Walking Yoga and canceled my plan well before the next billing cycle. Despite this, I was charged again and denied a refund. I reached out multiple times, providing clear evidence of my cancellation, but was met with repeated copy-paste responses quoting their rigid refund policy.Their support team acknowledged my cancellation but insisted that because the product was “delivered,” no refund could be issued—even though I hadn’t used the service. They kept referring me to their Terms and Conditions, which seem designed to protect their revenue rather than customer satisfaction.What’s worse, they offered no flexibility, no goodwill gesture, and no real resolution. I had to escalate the issue to my bank and warn them I’d leave public feedback. Still, they refused to help.This experience felt more like dealing with a profit-driven system than a wellness-focused company. I would not recommend Walking Yoga to anyone who values transparency, fairness, or responsive customer care.
