All the ads say it's free to get your steps estimate. It's not. When you click on where it advertised free estimate, it forces you to answer a bunch of questions, and then in order to click to your estimate, you are forced to enter a credit card number. That's not free it is a complete waste of time up until that point
AVOID AVOID AVOID Watch out for hidden subscription charges. There is no way of looking at your subscription or checking what you signed up to online or the app. You then get charged out of the blue with no prior warning. Total I was charged was £41.82 for 3 months subscription and £176.99 for Mindway upsell which I have no recollection of signing up to. I have no emails confirming the extra subscription and after reaching out to the company for a resolution, they just tell me no refund policy, but can’t provide a copy of my agreement.
The advertising come-on says: enter your data, and get information about how many steps for free!I did it once, and it required me to pay money to join and get the information.A few weeks later, I saw the ad again, and said to myself: this invite to get this info for free is unconditional: “I MUST HAVE misunderstood.”So I filled in the information again, and was denied access to free info again.This is deceitful behavior, and, seeing the countless people they have screwed by failing to refund, I am so grateful that I did not sign up.
They took the money and never sent the details of subscription!When contacted customer support I requested refund as I read the reviews here! they said we cancelled it but no refund will be issued as you already had it! I raised a PayPal case and noticed also they setup a recurring PayPal collection which I also cancelled now. Meanwhile they are sending me tens of emails asking to subscribe!!!! Really frustrating!Do not bother with this app!
These guys are complete fraudsters in my opinion. After taking an unauthorised payment several months ago they have now taken a 6 month payment. I have three emails confirming cancellation so this can only be deliberate on their part in my view. Disgraceful ethics.Cut and paste reply received. They’ve had the requested details for 5 days now….
