Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company! Tried it, wasn’t for me, so cancelled in the app and deleted the app. Walking Yoga then took two further monthly payments! When I contacted them, they replied with “Regarding your request for a refund for the two additional payments, our policy states that payments are non-refundable once processed. ” In order to get a refund they said I needed a screen shot of the cancellation… when you cancel in an app in good faith you don’t expect for that cancellation to be disregarded by the company! Absolute fraudsters!!! AVOID!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I signed up for a 3 month subscription in error and contacted them to cancel it, they would not do so. I asked them to cancel any future subscriptions and I received an email from them confirming that they had done so but now the 3 months are up they have charged me a full year of €211.49. They are refusing to give me a refund and now won't reply to my emails.

SCAM company

SCAM company. Got charged with no warning for subscription after trial where they don't make it clear at all that the charge will be made. EXTREMELY DODGY BUSINESS PRACTICE. They clearly take advantage of being able to make the charge without any notice and hope they can get away with it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING.

Absolutely terrible customer service and product. I would give it a zero if I could!!Constant emails which are just copied without anyone actually dealing with the issue. DO NOT BUYThey keep asking me to contact them in reply to feedback and then they just repeat themselves..

Avoid.

First, my phone wasn't compatible. They don't warn you that this might happen, but then why would they bother, because they're going to keep your money anyway. So, I was stuck with watching everything online. But then it gets worse: you've bought the programme, but they decide when you access it. You can only do it one day at a time, so if you just want to get to the bits that interest you, you can't. You have to sit through the interminable waffle. And if your subscription runs out before you've had time to sit through the interminable waffle, tough. Plus, the whiny American girl who narrates everything makes you want to rip your ears out. Awful. Avoid.

I only purchased a 3-month product

I only purchased a 3-month product. However they taken out the money out of my card without any reminder or anything. When questioned they say they don’t offer reminders and no refund will be made. I could not use the app due to my medical reasons apart from first few days. I explained it to them but there was no compassion shown or anything. No human touch. O guess that is the difference between a spam app and a genuine business. AVOID AT ALL COSTSITS A SPAM

Total con. Nothing like how it’s advertised and they took my money and would not refund even though I’d immediately requested a refund because the app is rubbish. DO NOT USE.
