I didn't knowingly sign up for the subscription however suddenly they took £170 out of my account.The only way to contact them is via email so hard to get a response. When I asked them if it's possible to get it refunded as I haven't used it and didn't sign up to it they have ghosted me. I would not recommend.
This app is a total ripoff. I paid and tried to download only to learning that I could not on my computer. But instead, I had to download the app on my cellphone and/or tablet. I did this (against my will because I do not use my phone or tablet this way). any way, i was not able to open the app and use it because it would not accept my pass word and my user name. I changed my password three times to not avail. I requested a refund. My subscriptions was cancel; but I was not refunded becauses it's there policy to not refund your money once the payment has processed.
Nowhere does it display a way to cancel this apparent subscription, and there is no notification of renewal, or the cost of the renewal. I received no terms and conditions or policy, despite being told that I had. I contacted the company within 5 minutes of receive the charge and received a response telling me I could have ‘easily cancelled the subscription’ quoting an email not displayed anywhere. Complete waste of time and I only opened the app once, to see it was nothing like it was described. Terrible service - do not take their ‘free test’.
Avoid this company. They’re not reputable and operate in a very misleading way. You don’t any access to your subscription details, on the app or on the website making it almost impossible to know when or how to cancel. Neither the app nor the website allows you to manage your account easily. Their whole business model seems designed to trap subscribers rather than provide a quality service. If their product was truly worthwhile, they wouldn’t need to rely on these tactics. Save your time, money, and frustration …look elsewhere.
Stole money I cancelled by email 2 weeks after trial started as per terms and conditions set out by them. They today took £179 which they won't refund. Proof sent of cancellation email within 2 weeks of trial within terms, rip of theft DO NOT USE
