Same as all with these reviewers, i only chose 7days program for test the water, usd 6.93. Today 18 aug, my cc notified me usd 31. I know nothing about this, no information at all. Need a transparent information about this and a full refund
I didn’t know that I had signed up for walking yoga until I queried the A$353 I found in my account. Uncannily it appeared on exactly the same date as a Brainway app (which I had cancelled) and from the same company and Junior assistant. Cannot be trusted.
I wrote to you to cancel my subscription and got a reply telling me that you cancelled my plan. BUt I was charged an annual fee of 179 pounds and when I queried that the reply I got back was that i did not cancel my annual subscription. Total rip off company. Would not recommend to anyone
After agreeing to a short trial period where I found the app to be less than useless, the exercises pathetic and has absolutely no position affects on health. I deleted the app and thought nothing more until they whipped £41.82 out my account, no notification, no warning blatant theft. I have reported them as a fraud/scam and will continue to fight against them. On contacting them I was advised not refunds unless the digital product is faulty. The whole system is faulty because it's a scam. Aim to promote mental health and wellness and respond to these reviews with the same copy and paste replies. Customer service non existent, terms and conditions 😂😂😂 about as clear as mud and embroiled in jargon and misconception to take away from the fact that you cannot cancel. That subscription is auto renewed with no warnings or notifications,no order receipt is sent nothing except money disappears from your account without permission. Avoid avoid avoid. I am not the first and I won't be the last . Don't let it be you!
I only opted for 7 day trial, which cost é4.22 and was debitted from my account on the 6th August to evaluate the service. I did not choose to subscribe to any further packages.To day I noted é28.55 was debited from my account and for what service I don t really know.Wrote several times this morning that i want my money back.My subscription was not meant to authorize debits from my account without my permission.Im still waiting the refund as soon as possible.
