Think carefully before signing up

I signed up to this programme today, paying for a 3 month plan. After adding all my details, I decided the plan wasn’t for me - it was very different to what I expected based on the instagram advert. I contacted the company, within an hour of joining, to explain that it wasn’t for me, and requested a refund. I got a reply back quite quickly saying that my subscription had been cancelled but that they don’t issue refunds. They did however remove access to the paid-for plan. I definitely feel like I have been scammed. Update: followed up with company as asked. Complete waste of time. They didn’t answer why they both refused a refund AND removed access to the app. I had missed the fact that the payment was non-refundable, which is on me. Terrible policy though - reputable companies have cooling off periods. Don’t envy the job of the customer service staff.

I found the app to be just okay—definitely not what I expected. I believed I had cancelled my subscription a few days after signing up, along with uninstalling the app. However, I was surprised to see a charge appear today. I reached out to customer support to explain the situation, but received a generic response stating that, despite the charge happening today, payments are non-refundable. Just a heads-up to others: make sure to read all the fine print before signing up.

Scammed out of a 3 month subscription

Paid for a 3-month subscription but cancelled the renewal straight away as I didn't want to pay £41.99 per month.This cancelled the whole thing, so I paid the money and never got any access. Access would now be £36.99 per month if I wanted to reactivate.Seems like a scam to me.

I downloaded this app and paid for a month, they have now taken money from my account, I certainly didn't sign up for any subscription! refused refund...avoid! No way was this explained!! Wish I had read reviews before engaging with this company

FRUSTRATING

The app would be lovely and relaxing IF it did not stop suddenly in the middle and at the end. The problem is , when you try to continue it starts at the beginning again. VERY FRUSTRATING.

CLASSIC SUBSCRIPTION TRAP - AVOID

I signed for a one month trial. A month later, my subscription renewed (£24/month) without any prior notification, no information in my sign up email (not even a link to T&Cs) and no cooling off period. This is a subscription trap, and I advise anyone to steer clear of it. I contacted their customer services who were unapologetic, telling me I'd agreed at signup (it absolutely wasn't obvious, I'm not illiterate!). IF you do fall into the trap, as I did, filled with enthusiasm to try out walking yoga and see if the miracles did occur as promised (they didn't), then contact your bank and block the seller. Complain to your card provider.

Read the small print

I signed up for one week to see how it worked. But WY took a further payment from me that I didn’t authorise. They have refused to refund me, quoting terms and conditions which I did not see. So beware.

I Never agreed to sing up to this

I Never agreed to sing up to this! They took £5 out my account and then a further £25! The app is fake and does not say what they advertise! Looks like there just out to scam people of their money! I only wanted a refund but they wont give me back my money for ‘something I agreed to at checkout’ however I never agreed to any of this. I emailed customer service and they only copy and paste the same emails! Which also feels very fake and that they don’t care about their customers! If you want to be conned into something and money taken without permission then this is the company for you! Never left a worse complaint at all! Every customer is right to receive their refund from any company! All just seems a scam.

I would leave this company a no star…

I would leave this company a no star review but I had to put something I opted for a free trial to see if it was worth the extortionate amount of money they were asking for a month but as I expected wasn’t that great and in all honesty there are other apps much cheaper and of better quality The customer service is appalling as they took £25 out of my account to renew the service without even emailing me with a reminder the free trial was up I contacted customer service the day of renewal to say I didn’t want to renew but they refused to refund me this in turn has left me in a financial issue food wise as I’m disabled and cannot work so funds are limited I did explain this to the advisor but she was uninterested and refused the refund Disgusting !!!!
