Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. I also bought some WANDRD tech bags for cables, chargers, powerbanks and other gear. Recently and I got extremely fast, good and kind customer service from WANDRD. Thank you so much fot the awsome stuff you make! You guys rock!
I've owned the Original PRVKE for 5+ years, and it's an absolute workhorse for work and vacation trips. I've taken multiple 7+ day trips with just this pack, including a 2-week trip around Vietnam. Recently, the seaming started to split near a shoulder strap, and I had the most positive experience filing a warranty claim. Aside from that seam, this bag is still in near-perfect condition after 5+years. WANDRD responded with a super positive solution within 12 hours of the claim being filed. Looking forward to supporting and repping this brand more in the future.

I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.
I've had my 21l PRVKE for 5 years now, and I can say that their quality is top-notch. I ran into a few issues from regular wear and tear, and was considering buying a new backpack from another brand. Got the PRVKE over 5 years ago and have been super happy with it since! Unfortunately the zipper failed the other day, but with the lifetime guarantee I now have a new bag on order without having to pay for more than shipping! Great customer service and great products!
Yesterday I went for a few hours of street photography with my new wandrd backpack. I have never photographed so comfortably with a full backpack on my back. I barely noticed I had it with me. really super satisfied with the comfort and it looks incredibly beautiful too, absolutely in love. thanks Wandrd team!!
Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.
