Review Time
Easy to order, unfortunately wardrobe mirror style had been changed but good communication with company to arrange alternative. Delivery seamless, again excellent communication with delivery guys who bought the very heavy boxes to the flat. Down side, boxes aren’t marked with content and no marks on the varying pieces of wood to put together so space is required to lay the huge bits out to work out what’s required and then process of elimination. Instructions basic but doable once you have matched up the drawing with the item. Recommend that company label each piece and and mark instructions accordingly (front,back,side,inside etc) then label outside of box.Once constructed pretty solid and very heavy. Definitely would use company again
Delivery. Was supposed to be on a pallet but it was loose but you get the pallet as well as bird seed due to an issue where they tranship. Delivery driver was great and helped me get it in the garage but he would have struggled on his own. Putting the wardrobe together was ok, it said 2 people 2 hours managed it in just over 4 on my own, some bits are heavy and it's probably better to have help. Fitting the back to the wardrobe was as the hardest, it never quite seemed to go right and in the end had to trim the back to get it to fit, no issues with that but really it should have fitted first time. Once together this is a decent wardrobe, the doors glide well and there is ample storage space
Do not order from this company! I was promised delivery last week and was then told no it won’t be delivered as there is no routes where I live (Staffordshire) but I will have delivery this week and I will be made priority. It’s Thursday now and I still have not received a time or date for delivery and they are meant to give up to 3 days notice. I have sent numerous emails and messages via their live chat option and not once have I had a reply! It’s absolutely disgusting! Nearly £1500 spent and you can’t even get a reply back and they promise delivery and then don’t deliver.

There was a problem where I need a few panels replaced... I was told 2 to 3wks .. in the end it took 10weeks.... I was frustrated and annoyed... But this company has no direct line ... My only communication was email and messaging...the replys I did receive took none of my frustrations into account .. most annoying frustrating 10wks ever ...😕
