Great customer service

Great customer service. I reached out to buy a spare part, but they told me it probably wasn’t what I needed, and sent me a new regulator for free, even though I couldn’t find my receipt. After sales 10/10, soImportant.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service.I ordered a pizza stone and pizza paddle as a gift for my brother who has just got a Weber grill. Ordered on 19/5/21 and no delivery information was provided at the time of the order. A week later I had heard nothing still regarding the delivery information so contacted customer services via email. I received a prompt reply telling me the order would be delivered on 28/5/21 which I was very pleased about. Two days later I had a call from the delivery company to ‘arrange my delivery’ for 2/6/21, which came as a bit of a surprise as I had already been advised of a date several days earlier. 2/6/21 came and went with no sign of the delivery during the allocated time slot of 1-5pm, and no word from either Weber or the delivery company. I tried to contact Weber the following day, unable to get through on their phone line so I emailed customer services, no reply. Two days later I received a reply saying they were ‘liaising with the warehouse and I would get an email letting me know when my order has been dispatched and it would then arrive 5-10 days later’. Not happy with this reply I called the phone line again, managing to get through this time, and was then told the order has been cancelled. They advised me this was ‘probably due to a stock issue’ and she would ‘arrange my refund’. They could not explain why I had not been contacted earlier in the week to say the order was not coming as planned, or why they had cancelled my order without informing me of the issue. I am now left a week after my brother’s birthday, with no gift and having to chase a refund. The customer service has been shocking, especially for such a supposedly premium brand. I certainly would not recommend ordering anything from them directly.

Weber service is a liar

Ordered 1 bbq cover for the new Summit Kamado on April 1, 2021. Because the Summit Kamado can't arrive in UK in time, I have to buy other model from Weber. Then I want to return the cover which has never been opened. On May 7, 2021, I got email from Weber that I can return the product. It said that I will receive a printable return label. However, 18 days passed. No one send me anything. I try to contact with the serive team again. No response at all. They just ripped your money and never give you reply. Terrible. Avoid Weber.

I invested in a new Weber barbecue 6…

I invested in a new Weber barbecue 6 weeks ago think I was buying the premium brand in barbecuing equipment. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I paid £350 for the barbecue & upon using it the first time realised there was a broken part calling in to question the quality. I then contacted & after a couple of weeks got a reply saying they would send a replacement part. Several weeks later it showed up & was the wrong part despite sending pictures clearly showing what was broken. Tried to call customer services a couple of times but no answer after holding for sometime calling in to question the customer service. Why not send out the correct part on a 1/2 day delivery. All in all 6 weeks & 1 use of the barbecue. Has really soured the experience. Very disappointed.

WEBER denied my review! (show below) Only positive reviews are put on website. This is red flag that Weber is unprofessional! Weber, Please stand behind your products and learn from all reviews on verified purchases. I purchased Genesis grill 1 month ago... see original review below and denial reply by Weber...I should have bought the 4 burners. This grill has larger cooking area than my prior 3 burner spirit and the burners go front to back (sprit was left to right)to me , the burners are a bit to spread apart and the sear burner is basically a half of burner. This is not clear in any of the reviews or video displays. I love the stainless grates, they stay clean but the flavorizer bars are already looking old. I've only owned the grill about a month but Im still trying to get used to it. I seem to do most of the small cooking jobs on the left side as its the initial lighting burner. Also, the tank is completely viewable as the entire right side of the grill where the tank is housed it not enclosed. The pics are a bit misleading as it looks like the tank goes in the cabinet underneath. I thought possibly ours arrived (assembled) with a missing piece. It seems WEBER is nickel/diming every part. instead of making dozens of different models, they should narrow down their offering to help consumers really know the difference. A comp chart is not always easy to really know the working differences.Our team has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Begining was worse but then they helped me out

I search the BBQ for a while and found Weber's website. All looked perfect at the beginning. The BBQ i want it does not in stocks and i left a reminder message. Next day i received an email saying that the product was in stock and i can order (FYI when the product is not in stock you can not add in to your shopping basket. After the email i clicked link and order the BBQ i want (£104.99) together with some extras (worth £107.95). So i payed £212.94 invoice amount and start waiting. First of all there is no time range for delivery after ordering which is really bad; at least it should give a date range in the future. after a week i received an email saying my order is on its way. Then i received a brush, basket, charcoal and cover for the BBQ but not the BBQ itself. i send an email to customer service and they said first DPD delivered everything, luckily there was a picture from DPD showing what box has been delivered (very small so can not be a BBQ). After another email then customer service told me that sorry but the item is not in the stock. They started whole thing sending me an email saying the item is back in stock and now email says sorry but we will refund the BBQ fee back. what about the special cover for that type of BBQ and all the other things i ordered. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND TIME LOST TIME OF 2 WEEKS AND IT LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS UNTIL SORTING OUT THIS MATTER. My suggestion never ever order a BBQ online especially a website like Weber. Hopefully i will reach to someone who is sensible and get a full refund and an apology but it looks like it will take time. i will write soon how i sort out this issue... Problem has been sorted. I guy called Sym contacted with me and understand the problem and he done his best to sort out the problem. Unless the earlier email i have got he has been very professional and nice to talk with. He informed me every stage and at the end he offered me some products free of charge for the situation i have been in. The important bit is that i have got the bbq i want :) thanks,

Great BBQs, poor customer service

Ordered a Classic E-310 and Traveller BBQ's on Weber's website 14th April. Beyond initial order confirmation I heard nothing until I called Customer Service 19th April and was told there was payment issue. I then discovered the E310 was on sale at John Lewis for £152 less and a free cover worth £105. Cancelled my Weber order for the E310 and John Lewis are delivering it tomorrow. In the meantime, I am still waiting for an update on my Traveller from Weber as at 22nd April.....Still no response as at the 27th April, so called Customer Service again who said it was out for delivery 28th April. Nothing arrived, so called back to be told it's not been sent and is now due for delivery 7th May because of capacity issues with their delivery partners......Update as of 5th May is that they have 'availability' issues, so delivery not going ahead 7th May and they don't know when it will.

NOT ONLY DID MY PRODUCT NOT TURN UP AS REQUESTED, WHEN I QUERIED THIS WITH THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" TEAM I GOT SOMEONE ELSES ORDER CONFIRMATION. ***BEST BIT*** IT HAD ALL THERE DETAILS! FULL NAME... ADDRESS... THE LOT! I SIMPLY ASKED FOR THEM TO CONFIRM THAT MY DATA HADN'T BEEN SHARED AS INAPPROPRIATELY AS THIS OTHER CUSTOMER. NOTHING!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THIS BREACH BUT WANT AN UPDATE FROM YOURSELVES. TOO MUCH TO ASK?! NOT SERIOUS ENOUGH? LETS SEE. YOU HAVE MY DETAILS.

Made China cheap, cheap quality

Wished I read these reviews first. Always heard Weber is a good grill. NOT! The website is very impressive. I purchased two Weber grills. One for my son's wedding gift costing $700.00 and Spirit II E-210 ($350.00) for myself. BOTH have a defect. My son's Spirit E-330 separated under the bowl and peeled on the outside. I had to return the first Spirit II because the started didn't work. Now, the second one doesn't work. Both not even a year old. I emailed Weber about my complaint and photos over a month ago, then several return sends of my email. They emailed a confirmation number but NEVER responded. I really don't like to complain, I don't even like reading others. But I spent a lot of money with this company. My cheap Charbroil worked great for many years. Today, I called after a 25 min wait, the lady was not very helpful. She insisted I register my grills on their website. And you and I know, nothing will happen. I'm at a dead end. I hope you select another brand.PS I work at a big box store that sells Weber grills. I should have known when I saw several Weber grills in the back room customers have returned. A customer was in the return line with a Spirit II. He had a Father's Day party, the grill was a gift, the starter did not work either. He was so mad, it ruined the lighting of Dad's surprise. I do let the customers know not to purchase any Weber grill. Get your cheap product back to quality!

2 months on and still waiting to pay!

Have been waiting for 2 months to make the payment. All we needed was some spare parts to kick off the summer bbq season. quote received but in order to pay you will need to wait for someone to call you. And if you miss the call, tough. You will either queue up on the phone or register a new ticket online. Either way you will eventually be told to wait for someone to call and collect the payment...It's just plainly weird and illogical. Our summer isn't ruined by COVID 19, but it's increasingly likely to be ruined by this backward-thinking retailer. Avoid at all cost!
