Review Time
i am not too happy with their service. Everything was outstanding the staff the meal as well as the villa but they have some secret rules which i am really uncomfortable with.They charged for unknown things. I will not go there again until they explain this. But Honestly the Steak at steak house was the best and juicy.
Well my experience was not good and i am not happy with the service and the staff was not friendly and they responded so late. They had some secret rules and charged much. But the location and the steak at steak house was so far good and tasty.
Whilst investment has been made over the years on upgrading activities, the basis facilities have deteriorated.In particular the changing rooms. They are all very shabby, particularly the men’s ones near the hot room. Hardly any of the lockers now appear to be lockable.
My wife and I have been owners since 2014. We have had some great vacation but WAY more frustrating and money than it is ever worth. Always wanting more. Since day one we have had problems getting rooms anywhere. They tell us they have rooms where we don't want to go but NO rooms where we want to go. We was always told we could go anywhere anytime but that is not true. They use owners to pay the bills and rent out the rooms cheap to people for vacation and all you have to do is sit in a seminar for one hour that turns into three or four hours. After all the promises made that or simply not true they do and say anything to get another BILL payer that can't get a room
Room was nice except for the roaches. Went to the 90 minute time share presentation. We had Pierre. He was cordial. Didn’t buy but was enticed with other options. We were skeptical at best. The Drafts restaurant on the property was a joke. Waited for 1/2 & no server ever came to our table. We left & went back to room & called room service which they offer. After 20 phone calls to front desk who transferred our calls to the marketplace which advised they do not deliver. Also attempted to transfer's calls to Drafts which never picked up & only rang busy. So no room service.
My experience with the staff as well as the food(steak) at house was just outstanding. Everyone was friendly i was there 2 years back with my girlfriend our experience was not too good. and this month i was there again the staff at the villa was changed and was really friendly and responsive.The negative are right i belief but i think they improved everything. And i Appreciate them.
