We know our rights and you are testing us. Whilst we have written directly to you as the landlord after exhausting many options including the poor quality managing agents you've selected, you have been negligent and not responded within the 10 days you should have to critical issues relating to uncommunicated service charges and breaches of your contract by letting us suffer each year without hot water in winter and up to 7 weeks at a time and ongoing. You create heightened anxiety and stress for people and their families affecting our health and safety by being such an unprofessional, poor landlord.
i was placed in a hotel in Russel Square on Southampton Row, ;part of Clermont Group , in breach of policy and harassed, bullied, verbally abused, intiimidated by male staff but not only by men and staff and for exposing they ended booking and refused to release my property and witheld my possessions illegally , housing refused to communicate on the matter for over a week .
Can l ask you to review your repairs policy? £708.00 rent per month new bedroom infested with flying ants 🐜 and ants.There is a hole in the wall outside obvisiously eroded due structural wear and tear. New chester drawers costing £165.00, let alone the cost of bedding and new mattress £218.00 all replaced due the recent damp and mould. If someone can kindly let me know ASAP when the hole in the wall will be repaired that will great! If the siuation is left to het worse or l am going to be ignored while you continue to take £708.00 per month rent. I will need to seek legal advice, and in the meantime pray the flying ants and ants don't get the chance to destroy my new furniture. Let me know if you prefer me to leave you alone and just share this with a solicitor or/ and media, or both with pictures of the hole form outside.The surveyor has already attend the property so we don't need to repeat the exercise!!! Move forward, move on and get the issue sorted. Let me know as Landlords that you are not interested or haven't bothered to move forward with this issue.
I have been trying to renew my residence parking permit for over 1 month via their website. After 4 attempts I called "Lucy" on the helpdesk who told me that this was due to faulty software and wait a week for the defective software to be fixed.I have now made 9 attempts to renew my parking permit, over 5 weeks, and spoken to their helpdesk 3 times ("Lucy"; "Richard"; "Matthew"). Each time I have had to wait a considerable time before the call is actually answered and been told this is a problem with the software that would be fixed within a week. But it never is.I have also requested an escalation and a callback. But nobody called me back.My existing parking permit has now expired and (surprise, surprise) the website isn't working and nobody answers the phone on the helpdesk.Unbelievable! Are Westminster Council capable of renewing a parking permit, or is that too complicated for them??
Since when has it been ok for a council to force you into staying in a home when you have been given enough time to vacate and the landlord has now gone and got a court eviction and then to top it all off they now say to stay until bailiffs remove you?? Westminster council no wonder why landlords don’t want applicants on benefits if this is the extremely poor advice you give your citizens! Makes me feel sorry for the landlord as he is being nice, calm and polite yet the council are in a “can’t be assed” mindset!
Westminster Council do diddly squat to help us, i’ve been experiencing antisocial behaviour from my neighbour for 20 years.The smell is repulsive, The police have been round previously and broken in thinking that she was dead inside because the smell was so bad, Can you just imagine how bad that smell must’ve been?The problem is the housing association does nothing and the council. It’s Catch22 the only way out is committing suicide.I now have a terrible back condition slipped disk, I have to be removed from this property and relocated, but still the council are doing nothing regarding this issue too.Am I living poverty , Most extremely!People take for granted opening their windows , To get fresh air! I can’t open my windows for the stink comes up my stairs into My Home so much more. I live at the top so I get a lot of everyone smells, My other neighbours are professional and decent people, Clean and well-behaved! This antisocial behaviour isn’t just from the Smell. She’s also behaved very badly in this property over the years.. I’ve lived in this home for 30 years and experience antisocial behaviour from her for 20.I really don’t believe this will stop unless I am my life because this council will do nothing!!!!The truth is, she’s causing this Smell to get attention purposely, When the police went into her home, they noticed all her clothes were in plastic bags with zips airtight!It’s plain to see she’s doing this purposely to cause discomfort and it’s her own way of shouting out for help? so why aren’t you helping her Westminster Council from her antisocial behaviour? She’s causing misery to everybody around her!
